Everyone is nice to talk with and they have excellent customer service. They send ample reminders for appointments and always answer my questions. They make coming to the dentist a positive experience with their accommodations with shows to watch while getting teeth cleaned and offering a pair of sunglasses to reduce light strain while they work. Can't recommend them enough!

I left another practice that was very pushy about treatments and scheduling immediately which I couldn't always do because of scheduling childcare and making sure I budgeted enough for all the treatment. I avoided going to the dentist for awhile. Today, I saw LeAnna and Dr. Tamer. They were both great! LeAnna did a thorough job cleaning my teeth and was so kind. Dr. Tamer explained everything so clearly and was so helpful. I liked that he told me what needed fixing (some cavities) and what we'd keep an eye on (a crown that may need fixing in the future). I'm really happy I found this practice! 😊

My experience with this clinic was beyond amazing. From the moment you walk in, you can see that it is a beautiful clinic—the smell is so fresh, and the atmosphere is welcoming. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Michelle, the hygienist, was excellent, and Dr. Tamer went above and beyond in taking care of my teeth. I had my cleaning and three fillings done, and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Naperville Smiles Dental to anyone in the neighborhood or even around Chicago. Thank you!

From start to finish, was awesome. Every person warm, competent; the office is spotless; the sunglasses are terrific; the Netflix program above my head; the toothbrush and the paste at the entrance; the water in the coolers, such a special place. My favorite experience at a dentists’ office! Finally, I loved my hygienist and the interaction with all the staff. Thank you.

I have had anxiety about going to the dentist and having cleaning since I was kid. I have always felt comfortable coming to this office! Best experience I've ever had.

If you live in Naperville Illinois, and you haven’t visited Dr. Tamer, and his amazing team at ‘Naperville Smiles Dental’ then you are going to the wrong dentist office. Dr. Tamer is a man of his word, and I can honestly say that he delivered for me. A relaxing office, knowledgeable staff, and very clean environment. That is what you can expect when you visit this office. I wish I could more than 5 stars, but I can’t. So this review will have to do. Have no worries when visiting ‘Naperville Smiles Dental’ , because you are in good hands.

This is an amazing dental office. The staff has always been extremely accommodating with my sensory issues, lack of insurance, scheduling, and my severe anxiety. Yesterday my kitten unexpectedly passed away during surgery, and it was about 24 hours before my appointment so I was scared I would have to be in a place that stresses me out while having a horrible week. The staff waived the fee, and let me reschedule a couple weeks out. It’s kindness like this that makes me love them, and really appreciate everything they have done for me this year. I’m extremely grateful with how understanding they have always been with me. The previous dentist working here gave me a lot of trust issues, but the new dentist is incredible and a very sweet man. He really cares about his patients and offers great advice. He does everything he can to help. They’re not money grabbers, they genuinely care and respect you as an individual. They’ve never judged me for my bad teeth, and I feel like I’m constantly in here because of how cavity prone I am. I’ve been meaning to write a review for awhile, but today gave me a really good reason to finally do so. Thank you for being accommodating during this difficult time, lots of love.
