The absolute best dentist office, hands down! All of the hygienists are so sweet and caring. Dr. Chang himself is amazing. He always explains everything in depth and takes his time. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with previous dentists. I made it clear that I have bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist. The whole team there is extremely understanding, they help me through my appointments and always offer me breaks if I need it. I feel welcome from the second I walk in the door. They’re also very great about getting you in for appointments soon. The office is very clean, organized, and beautiful. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Chang. I can say I’ll never be leaving as a patient!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Chang and his team. I have been driving from Chicago to Naperville for almost 10 years to see the folks at Naperville Crossings Dental and to say it’s worth the extra miles would be an understatement. The hygienists are always friendly, fast and respectful. Jamie is always so helpful with scheduling, billing and able to answer all questions in terms even I can understand.

I came to Dr. Chang for cosmetic dentistry and he and Jamie did an amazing job of brightening up my smile. I had badly stained teeth and needed 10 crowns put in. Also, my entire family and I come here for cleanings and dental needs. They take pride in their work, are gentle, and last but not least they have an English Bulldog, Rufus, close by to take over if needed!

My husband and I have been patients here for quite some time and are very happy with Dr. Chang and his staff. He even briefly saw my father, who had advanced dementia at the time, and was always very kind and patient with him.

My son was very nervous about having to get a stubborn baby tooth pulled and the staff went above and beyond to make him comfortable and take their time with him. The dentist spoke to him in an age appropriate manner and took things slow so as to explain each step. The WONDERFUL dental assistant (I think that was her title) held his hand and wiped his tears and created a calm environment. Not only is the staff extremely proficient at what they do, they care about their patients and it is very evident in their practice. We love Naperville Crossings Dental!

Absolutely the best dentist I have ever had. He noticed that my crowns had all been done wrong and immediately was able to fix them. Dr. Chang is an incredible guy who cares a lot about his work as well as his staff. Everyone there is wonderful and I actually love going to the dentist now.

Dr. Chang is a true professional who really cares about his patients. His rates are very affordable and the work he does is top notch. Have been going to him for years and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy dentist in Naperville.
