I've been seeing Dr. Brown for about 6 months now, and have some experience with him to leave a review. The key takeaway is he's a professional and caring dentist. To me a dentist should be precise, knowledgeable, and deliver outstanding results. Dr. Brown meets all of those. I highly recommend him.

I had a dental emergency and Dr Brown’s office took me in the next day. Susan is Very friendly and professional. Susan and Dr z Brown Answered all my questions. Had my tooth pulled and didn’t feel any pain. Mild discomfort after the procedure. Less painful than getting a cavity filled. Dr Brown will now be my regular dentist. As he’s on my route home from my commute between Aurora and Oak Lawn.

I was here as a new patient for a routine cleaning. I had multiple calls before I physically came in discussing insurance and it was never disclosed to me that mine was out of network. Dr diagnosed me with numerous issues, more than I’ve ever had, & then insisted I buy a $100 toothbrush. I’m extremely unhappy with the lack of transparency about them being out of network. Dentists are expensive enough, so to push more onto me & withhold information that could help me financially is extremely crappy.

Dr.Brown is so patient and kind. I had an infected tooth and my extraction was completely painless and him and his staff were very comforting through the whole process

I began experiencing dental pain and urgently needed a kind, affordable dentist. After trying to reach several people with no success, I called Dr. Brown. His friendly assistant, Susan, answered and scheduled my appointment within a few hours. As someone who dislikes going to the dentist, I had a very positive experience—they were very understanding and attentive to my dental anxiety. I will definitely return and recommend this office to everyone I know.

I came in as a new patient a few weeks ago. I tried to request an appointment online, that did not work. I was asking for a routine professional cleaning. I got plentiful issues diagnosed, which was odd. I felt like being diagnosed by a car dealer than a dentist. I was pushed to pay for a professional cleaning, which was not even done. They told me to do it next time, when we remove the retainer and start the whole procedure of fixing things… I am still more than shocked. Of course we didn’t get the full imbursement by the insurance, but I am glad that I have found another dentist who actually told me, that my teeth are more than fine.

Today was my first visit and I was very pleased with the care I received. Dr. Brown informed me how my overall health can be affected by the lack of proper dental care. He did not just service my teeth, he increased my knowledge in healthcare.
