I started going to Dr. McNerney about 5 years ago after several bad dental experiences that left me with a serious dental phobia. Dr. McNerney and his staff are welcoming, very compassionate, and understanding of my fears. I was made to feel safe, and all procedures were explained. Today, I had a procedure done that would have given me a panic attack 5 years ago. I was completely calm and knew I was in good hands. I cannot recommend this practice more. From the front desk, to billing, hygienists and assistants, to the state-of-the-art technology and practices - every aspect of Dr. McNerney's practice is designed to make your experience seamless, painless, and convenient. Even though I now live over 2 hours away, I would never go to any other dentist!

Phobia, Fearful, anxious patients this is the place for you!!!! Worth any drive!!!! I have avoided the dentist for over 5 years after MULTIPLE horrific dental experiences. When a new tooth pain emerged I knew I was going to have to find a dentist to go to and I am so glad Google let me here. I cried for DAYS leading up this this appointment as I was so fearful and anxious (especially knowing something was wrong with my tooth). At baseline most things hurt with my teeth whether it’s cold air, hot beverages, electric tooth brush ect. With that being said.. from the moment I walked into the office (crying) everyone was beyond welcoming and kind. I ended up letting the dentist do a root canal on my front tooth.. ZERO PAIN. I have never in my life had a dentist experience without pain, tears, and full anxiety in the chair. I am still in absolute disbelief at how PAIN FREE, smooth, gentle and patient this dentist was. The entire staff I cannot thank you enough, and you have done more for me then I can put into words or this review haha. Absolutely life changing for my current and future teeth health!

Excellent service. I broke my tooth & within 24 hours I was seen. This is a very clean & friendly environment . The Dentist takes her time explaining all procedures. Her staff takes the time to explain in great details all charges & what all of your options are. No pain during or after my procedure. I Highly recommend Perfect Smile Dental!

Dr. Karen Bergonio was excellent. She took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me understand exactly what was going on, and answered all my questions with real expertise. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Highly recommend!!

The care given to my 97 year old Mom is special it's like as if she was family,doctor Karen is the best, we travel 70 miles from Sullivan County just to be treated by her.
