I typically avoid leaving negative reviews because I understand first hand, how difficult it can be to run a business. When this office first opened, I was actually one of their very first patients. At that time, the provider running the practice, Dr. C, was kind, professional, and consistently on time. I was so impressed with the care that I personally recommended this office to over 50 people. As a very busy professional, I would sometimes coordinate my appointments and drive all the way from Los Angeles, passing countless other dental offices just to come here because I was that impressed. Unfortunately, over the past couple of years the quality of service has declined significantly. The management staff appears disorganized, and I have personally experienced situations where services I paid for were not completed for months despite multiple follow-ups. Another major issue is the lack of respect for patients’ time. Patients often arrive early for scheduled appointments but end up waiting three to four hours before being seen. This level of delay is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. It’s disappointing to see a practice that once provided such good care deteriorate to this point. I truly hope the office takes these concerns seriously and works to improve its management, communication, and respect for patients’ time.

Do NOT get braces here. I have had 3 out of my 6 braces appointments so far and each appointment is worst then the other. The first appointment the technician glued my brackets on wrong. The second appointment my wire was left piling and extremely painful even though I asked her to cut it twice. My third appointment today I was expressing my concerns to the doctor and the got so close to my ear and started yelling at me . Even though her accent is very heavy and it’s not really my issue. I wish I had never came here. Zero stars if I could.

I went to this orthodontic office multiple times for consultations for my daughter. In February 2025, I was advised to wait six months to see if there would be progress with her baby teeth. I followed that recommendation and returned in September 2025, where I was told she was finally ready to move forward with treatment and insurance authorization. Impressions were taken to be sent to our insurance. In November, I was contacted by the office and told that the insurance company was requesting additional X-rays, so we brought my daughter back in for more imaging. By January 2026, I contacted the insurance company directly for an update and was informed that they had not received any referrals, impressions, or X-rays. When I asked about the request for additional X-rays, the representative reiterated that nothing had been submitted. Additionally, the orthodontist is only available two days a month, which makes scheduling, follow-ups, and overall progress even more difficult. After nearly a year, we are still no closer to authorization or treatment. The lack of communication and follow-through has been very Disappointing.

Terrible service. The assistants are very rude and laugh at you, and they cancel everything at the last minute. I don't recommend it; there are better places. For the past couple of months they've been the worst; the worst day was yesterday, January 24, 2026.

First impressions are everything and today my daughter and I had a very pleasant experience as a new patient! Everyone was very kind and made sure all of our questions were answered. Thank you!

The dentists are wonderful here, but the office staff are unhelpful. I paid in full, yet received another bill. I've called the office several times and the office manager has not been available to address the issue or speak to me at all. I haven't received any call backs and I've had a bill hanging over my head for weeks now. Judge for yourselves if this is the kind of experience you want to sign up for.

Negative stars. Every time I had an ‘appointment’ I was waiting for over an hour to actually be called back or seen. Talked to other patients in the waiting room on several occasions about the terrible hour plus wait times. Once, I made an appointment for my daughter just to get there and have them tell me that actually its not time for a check up for my daughter yet according to insurance guidelines and they will have to reschedule. No one looked into this or told me this ahead of time. Then the last straw for my patience was having my youngest daughter seen for her first time today, again an hour late, just for the dentist to come in, not even look at her chipped tooth or mouth first before questioning me multiple times about how it happened, insulting me by alluding to the fact he is a mandated reporter and her tooth being chipped tooth was a sign of blunt force trauma. After that, proceeded to tell me there wasn’t much he could do for her chipped tooth after I requested it be filed down or filled in because it was causing her discomfort. Then continued to argue with me about what he said and didn’t say, was condescending and egotistical when it came to my frustration, all while not taking any accountability for his words and behavior that had caused me frustration up to that point. It eventually came to the point where I let him know if he couldn’t do his job, that I would be finding a different dentist. Then for the office manager to come in after all that and have a pathetic excuse for damage control regarding his complete lack of tact and willingness to actually perform his job. Do not recommend this place at all. Don’t waste your time.
