I enjoyed everything about my visit with New Smile. The staff as well as the dentist were top notch. I went with a problem implant (not done there) and left totally satisfied. I am so glad I found this company as I want bottom implants and this will be the place to go. UPDATE: I went back for my bottom implants. I am going through the process now. My experience so far has been a dream come true. I have a few more visits before I'm finished. I am totally satisfied with all that has been done. I can't wait for my perfect smile. The staff are all so caring and the dentist is professional as well as down to earth. He is all about perfection and wanting to make his client happy. I truly recommend this practice!

Doctor and staff are very friendly and caring. I went to 3 different Dentists, and being a former Registered Dental Assistant, I love this Team, and I choose this team! They really do care about my smile, my health, and my finances! I would send my family and friends to Dr. Paredes!

Superb Dentist!... No other words can describe this office. Practical, clean, plus very warming. My family is also patients of the Dr. and they are happy with their services. They are not like many other dentist where its a constant scam with insurance. They are very fair and would recommend this place to everyone.

Kudos to New Smile! The Staff is always patient and supporting and I actually like going to the dentist now. Dr. Paredes is thorough and professional, personable and forward thinking. Prices are very fair. 11/14/20 still fabulous!!!

Dr Paredes' staff failed to call me back on three separate occasions prior to a serious procedure. They also failed to call in the prescriptions necessary for the procedure until 11:00am for a 12:30 appointment, and that was after me having to call to remind them on several occasions. He is good at what he does, but his staff is incompetent.

I am terrified of the dentist. However Dr. Paredes is the exception. He is attentive, caring and took the time to explain the procedure to me. I am beyond satisfied with my procedure. I live 1 hour away from the office. I've never traveled that far to see a doctor. I recommend Dr. Paredes to others.
