Always great experience except today, sadly. I didn’t want to proceed with certain procedure and they didn’t want to do my cleaning. I’ve never heard that before. I called a few different dental offices and asked them if that is common practice that they do and they said that it is not and that it is patience choice. We as patients just have to understand the risks but they can proceed with cleaning. So I will not be coming back here again. Other place got my business. Also, just wanted to add that I had a great experience with Dr. Nguyen while she was there. She was very professional, friendly and very helpful.

I had a wonderful experience even since l called to make the appointment Amy was very nice over the phone. The facility was very clean everyone is very nice Dr.Antonio took time to exam my teeth and explained everything he actually cares , Adrian did a great job cleaning my teeth he was gentle ,Theresa was nice going through my insurance coverage! I am so happy my daughter referred me to Murrieta modern Dentistry ,happy l found a dentist were they care ! Thank you 😊

I am very happy with the Dental Hygienist Adrian. He is pleasant, knowledgeable, gentle and friendly while maintaining his professionalism. He was able to remove stains on my front teeth on the sides of my veneers which other Hygienists for years could never do. Thank you Adrian! Dr. Antonio is okay too 🙂

I had a phenomenal experience at Murrieta Modern Dentistry. The staff was friendly and informative. Th service was excellent. I had help from Adrian who is a wonderful hygienist, Dr. Alsaadi who was personable, and Amy who was there for me the entire time. My wife had a great experience a few weeks back with Dr. Antonio and this is our new go to spot!

I had such a great experience at this dental office! I was a brand new patient, and they got me in so quickly and efficiently. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. What really stood out to me was that the doctor personally greeted me, which immediately made me feel comfortable and cared for. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while, and instead of making me feel embarrassed, they were understanding and supportive. They took X-rays, explained everything clearly, and helped me come up with a plan to get back on track. I needed a deep cleaning and had two cavities that needed to be filled — and they were able to take care of ALL of it the same day! The whole team was gentle, professional, and made what could have been a stressful visit feel easy and positive. I’m so grateful I found this office and actually feel good about going back to the dentist. Highly recommend!

With all the changes in insurance, and the state taking things over, I've been to some pretty horrible dental office in the Temecula Valley - but I'm delighted to say that Murrieta Modern Dentistry is not one of them. Everyone is friendly and attentive. They are professional without being cold and clinical. The level of care is excellent. I'm overjoyed that I've found a dental office that I can trust. They are a small office with attention to customer service. It's very clean and welcoming. Appointments run on time. I highly recommend.

Im going to parafrase so this isn't dragged out: I had a very frustrating experience with the dental hygienist at this office. I went in expecting a routine cleaning that is covered by my insurance, but was immediately told I "needed" a periodontal treatment along with additional tratments that would cost over $2,000 and was not covered by insurance. I explained multiple times that I was not prepared to move forward with that treatment and simply wanted a basic cleaning that day. Despite this, the hygienist repeatedly insisted that the additional procedure was necessary and refused to proceed without it. The pressure felt excessive and inappropriate, especially when I made it clear I wanted time to review my options. What made the situation worse was the dismissive tone when I explained that I prioritize my family’s care first. Instead of respecting my decision, I was met with continued pushback and analogies that felt out of place and unhelpful. Even when I tried to proceed with a basic cleaning, the quoted cost was still over $300 due to add-ons I did not agree to. Ultimately, I chose to leave and found another dentist who honored my insurance-covered cleaning without any pressure or upselling. I do want to note that the dentist himself was professional, courteous, and transparent during our interaction. Based on that alone, I would have considered returning. However, the experience with the hygienist made that impossible. I would recommend this office take a closer look at how treatment recommendations are communicated. Patients should feel informed and respected, not pressured into costly procedures they are not ready to commit to.
