Murrieta Family Dental Group

This place is terrible. I should’ve listened to the reviews. DO NOT bring your family here. The office itself is dirty with worn out carpets and broken blinds and the owner’s dog was roaming in the waiting area playing with an old plastic water bottle. I took my child here for her yearly check up, they didn’t even do X-rays on her! The "dentist" visually looked at her teeth for a minute and said, "everything looks good". You CANNOT see a cavity if you don’t xray the mouth! She literally stopped the assistant from doing the X-rays as if I wouldn’t notice? The assistant that cleaned my child’s mouth left product dried all over her mouth, never allowed her to spit once, as most other dentists do, and didn’t clean her face. It was disgusting. WOW you people should be embarrassed and ashamed of running a dental office in this manner. These dentists are a scam, they obviously do not care about patients or their own dental office for that matter. I have 4 kids this was my youngest, so I have been to A LOT of dental checkups and NEVER experienced anything like this. The only good thing is, Laura the receptionist/dental assistant, she’s nice and at least tried to do her job properly which is more than I can say for the others. I’m surprised you people are still in business.

I just moved to the Murrieta area I was looking for a local dentist so I found Murrieta family dental group so I made an appointment for myself and my man. Let me tell you it was the worst experience EVER for the both of us. The Male Dentist that helped us out was very pushy, rude and inappropriate. While trying to rush me to sign consent forms for local anesthetic just for deep cleaning. He stated to hurry up and sign because I was going into their lunch time and he was hungry. Along with other unprofessional events that happened I will not get into that but I definitely wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone. The ladies in the front were very nice but that doesn't make up for the rude dentist that trys to force uncalled for procedures onto people.

The Doctors and entire staff at MURRIETA FAMILY DENTAL off CAL OAKS are amazing, very professional and quick team! They operate together and so gentle! Had only great review to say by them. Love how they can Schedule a patient with pain &'discomfort so fast & attend to our needs immediate. For anyone looking for amazing Dentist? Don't look any further. This team is awesome & I will only refer all my family & friends there! This practice I can tell they care for the patients. They don't treat you like some offices, that u are only a dollars sign. They Ck on patients and are very loving! Great place to bring your entire family! I give 5 star for sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an emergency dental service and I had an amazing experience from start to finish. Dr. Guevara was kind, personable, and made me feel comfortable sitting in the chair. I can't thank this dental group enough, especially taking me in at such short notice. The staff even let me practice my Spanish with them which made me like them even more! My husband will be a new customer as soon as he can get in!

I was referred to this dental office to have a check up done after not seeing a dentist for many years. Everyone was super friendly and treated me with kindness. The front office was very helpful and helped me with my insurance. They did not judge me and were understanding of my phobia. I've been recommending this office to all of my friends. My sister had her wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Levi many years ago and she always compliments him as well.

Murrieta Family Dental Group & Dr Levi are the best. I have been a patient there for many years and they've always taken great care of me. My whole family uses Murrieta Family Dental. I had a very serious fear of dental offices before meeting Dr Levi, but not now. He's always takes special care to be sure I have no pain during the procedures, which is no easy task with me. I've had a lot of work done, including dental implants , and have always been very happy. When I go to the office, they remember my name and treat me like one of the family. It's not like any other dental office I've ever been in. I will continue to recommend Dr Levi & Murrieta Family Dental to everyone I know.

I came to Murrieta Family Dental Group after retiring from the military and needing to find a civilian dentist. Their reviews seemed to be positive so I gave them a try. I came in for pain in one of my teeth. After examining my teeth, I was told my filing was cracked & I would need a crown. I was given shots to numb & they started drilling. I felt pain almost immediately. They gave me another shot & then started again. After a very short time I felt pain again. This went on and on. Had a total of 7 shots and they still couldn’t numb my tooth. They scheduled me to come back the next week to try again and prescribed me Valium to help with my anxiety issues. They seemed to think that my anxiety was causing the shots to be ineffective. I came back to my next appointment and they started again. And again, they couldn’t numb me after 4 shots. Then they tried Nitrous. No effect. In the end, they told me I would have to go somewhere else. They put a temporary crown on and then charged me $300 for the nitrous that had zero effect. I found another dentist and got an appointment. The new Dentist gave me one shot and I was numb immediately with no issues and they got my crown put on. This leads me to believe it was dentist error from Murrieta Family Dental. While the dental techs and dentist were nice enough, I CANNOT recommend Murrieta Family Dental to anyone after my experience . My jaw was so sore after all the shots that I had trouble eating for over a week.
