This place was amazing! My son was in extreme pain from a previous root canal from another dentist, that didn’t work. Tooth had to be extracted as it was abscessed. They did it same day! So grateful to have found this dentist. Thank u so much 🙏

The dentist is nice and so are all the staff very friendly and helpful will totally recommend the gave me the best looking quality crowns and my smile look better than before it’s a great clean dentistry 👍🏾

Took my mom here for dentures after months waiting for hers to be "fixed" at another dental office that she had been going to for over 15 yrs. We were seen by the doctor at Heritage right away and she is now expecting her dentures in less than a month. We couldn't be happier with this place and the doctor. Love the staff and vibes of the place very relaxing and cool atmosphere. The doctor is professional and straight to the point! She interacts a lot with the patient which is pretty neat most doctors just leave you with the assistant half the time.

Heritage Plaza Dental has been my destist office for some time now. We see Dr. Shah. This dental office is the most honest office I have gone to. I’ve been to others in the area and they are either rude at front desk or they lie about work that I need done. I once went to an office in the area and they told me I had 8 cavities 😱 what? I knew that was not true so I went to Dr. Shah and she checked me I had ZERO cavities. I haven’t stopped going to her since. She is out of network for me but I don’t mind paying the extra for good and honest service! Also I want to mention the front desk staff… Ruth is very kind and patient with us and our kids. I recommend this dental office 100% 😃

Just have my cleaning done, Janelli was so professional, she explained every steps of what she is doing. She did a very good job on my cleaning, my teeth look more brighter and healthier. Thank you Janelli.

The worst dentist around. Have to go get a forensic exam from an dv incident and they will not move my appt without a fee. I understand I have had to cancel past appointments due to illness since going in with a flu or fever didn't seem right in my book. This doctor has been late to past appointments. I have waited 45 min for my first appt and another time I have waited an hour and asked to come back in the afternoon. Was also just hung up on trying to move my appt with this far from typical circumstance. Will be sending the police to collect records because I am done with this doctor. Ruth at the front desk is amazing. The doctor is not and has the worst customer service and will hang up on you if she pleases to do so. Cleanliness of facility is also questionable. Not sure how this woman still has a license.

My husband, my 2 children and myself have been coming here for the past 5 years. Dr Shah always gives us all great teeth cleaning. Yes majority of the time it’s just her and 1 assistant in the office. So be prepared for a long visit but it’s so worth it. You could go elsewhere where you would be in and out in less than 1 hour but your teeth won’t be as clean as Dr Shah would leave them.
