I knew I had found the right dentist the moment I walked through the door. I was immediately greeted by Lisa and Shelly and offered refreshments while I waited for my appointment. Cassandra performed my x-rays, she was personable, professional, and very informative throughout the process. Christina handled my cleaning and made what’s typically not the most enjoyable experience surprisingly pleasant. My visit with Dr. Prais was just as positive. He explained everything in clear, easy-to-understand terms. I needed a few fillings replaced, and I really appreciated that he presented my options without any pressure or attempt to upsell — just honest, straightforward care. We feel extremely blessed to have found Dr. Prais and his team. Highly recommend!

Everyone was friendly and efficient. Cassandra is a pleasure to work with and does a good job on my teeth. I met Dr. Peacock and really liked her. They worked me in when I wasn’t actually booked for today.

Dr. Prais is a wonderful dentist! He is knowledgeable, gentle, and takes his time to explain everything thoroughly. Everyone who works in his office is so kind, professional, skilled, attentive, and genuinely caring. I drive an hour for my appointments because they are the best! I highly recommend Dr. Prais!

With my birthday dinner coming soon, Dr Peacock and Jamie went ahead with my crown so that I would have a temporary. This made them leave work a little later than usual. I am thankful for that and their exceptional job.

Today was my second visit. In my 50-plus years, I’ve been fortunate to not have needed a lot of time spent in a Dentist chair. I’m also fortunate to have an amazing wife who knew I’ve been overdue for a routine assessment and cleaning. She had a great experience and thought I should go see these folks. She wasn’t wrong, of course. Fantastic group here! From the providers to the receptionist’s. Such a good vibe to this place. From the bright, clean facility, to the great tunes I knew most of the words to….and so did my Hygienist as she hummed along during my cleaning. Looking forward to this relationship for a long time! My previous dentist of 30 years retired and recommended Dr. Prais. Wow! What a great recommendation! Dr. Prais is professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable! He, himself, called me in the evening to see how I was doing after having a crown earlier in the day. His staff is TOP-NOTCH! The office is state-of-the art AND cozy at the same time!

So happy to have found Dr. Prais. His staff is incredibly friendly, and they get you in and out quickly without sacrificing excellent care. Highly recommend this practice to anyone in the area!
