Martine my hygienist was the only light in my several visits. 5 stars to her. When removing a temporary crown they slipped and damaged another tooth. No one apologized, no one explained what was going on. They slapped some medicine and filling cover on it, gave me a $1500 quote to fix it, and sent me home. No accountability or integrity. They were supposed to call me to consult with a specialist for the broken tooth repair. They never called. I never got any return calls either. Customer service only responded through the office manager who made me feel like I was the problem. There were no solutions. They only wanted my money.

Martina is very professional, kind, and respectful. She makes people feel comfortable and explains everything clearly. You can tell she really cares about her work and her patients. She is gentle, patient, and always makes sure everything is done the right way. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for great care.

Thought I was scheduled for a normal 6 month follow up, ended up costing $272!! They did a more extensive cleaning without discussing the cost. They said they were giving me a product. They ended up charging me for the product without discussing the price. This is not a good way to treat patients. You need to be upfront before "giving" products, and doing anything.

Do not go to Aspen Dental. They tried to scam me into believing I have periodontal disease by taking Xrays and pointing to a bone loss poster. The admin basically told me I have it. They didn’t measure my pockets or check my gums. Then they told me I could finance this problem even though I have insurance. It’s because they didn’t take any measures to prove the disease to my insurance company. I knew it felt wrong and I left. I went to a reputable dentist in town for a second opinion who took proper measurements and explained all of the factors. I DONT have periodontal disease! Also, I found out that once you file that with your insurance, you never go back to a normal patient, even if the diagnosis was wrong, I am so angry that Aspen dental tried to scare me into the deep planing treatment by saying my teeth would fall out. Don’t go there.

Had a wonderful experience here and can’t recommend them enough! I was able to get an X-ray, a tooth cleaning, and a wisdom tooth extraction all in one visit, which made the whole process incredibly convenient. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating—I’ve honestly never dealt with a friendlier team at a dentist’s office. They made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Shunti was extremely professional and educated. She was very attentive to all my needs and made me feel at home. Very personable and keeps me coming back. I would recommend Aspen to any and all people out there looking for a pleasant dental experience.
