Let’s just start here: It’s very obvious after years of visiting Dr. Trout that he has dedicated his life to dentistry. Over the years, I’ve watched as they’ve invested in new technology for the practice and seen how they’ve utilized it to improve their internal processes and the customer experience. A dentistry with no passion behind it would not make investments like Scott has. The work here is professional, with years of tried and true dental experience backing every decision and repair made. Regarding the atmosphere: Everyone in the building has a great personality. The office is always bright, lighthearted, and has a great soundtrack playing over the speakers every time you visit. It’s never an unpleasant experience! Believe me, that’s saying a lot given that nearly every time I visit, I’m going through pain because I’m having teeth repaired. If you live in Muncie or the surrounding area, you can’t go wrong visiting Dr. Trouts office when your teeth need a little TLC.

I have never had a dentist spend so much time with me going over my options and coming up with a game plan together. Their X-rays and imaging are top-notch, and Dr Trout took as much time as needed to explain everything in great detail. I left feeling well-informed and optimistic, which is really saying something about dental work. I will definitely be a patient here for years to come.

Dr. Trout and his staffs #1 priority is to be sure you are comfortable. The take such great care of you during your procedure. I have been a patient for over 25 years and thankful for the care they have provided to our family. It starts as soon as you walk in the door to check in. Thank you again

Dr Trout and his team are extremely kind and professional. Never once did I feel unsure in the quality of the care I was receiving. I had multiple fillings and a root canal, and they explained to me what needed to be done and why in clear and concise terms, and got me in quickly to get it done. I cannot recommend them enough.

After a bad experience at a dentist in town. I called and spoke with Melissa that was very kind and helped me get set up for an appointment to correct my bite and a cleaning for my Son. My Wife and I went in and filled out paperwork and again spoke with Melissa which was very nice and got us fixed up. Dr. Trout listened and was very nice. You can tell that he cares for his patients. I did not catch the hygienist’s name, but she was nice and helpful as well. Thanks again for taking care of my family!

I have been seeing Dr. Trout since I was a kid & now I take my kids to see him! All the hygienist have always been great & personable. I have had many fillings, a crown & wisdom teeth pulled. My experience has always been great. All the staff really do care about their patients. Melissa in the office is the best! She has helped me so many times when issues have come up with insurance or whatever else I needed. I can't not recommend Dr. Trout's office enough!
