These folks are the best! They saved my fractured tooth, and took my insurance! The other dentist wanted to charge me $1600 to pull my tooth and after I got there said they didn't take my insurance. These people are the best! Thank You all for caring!

I had a tooth infection that wouldn't go away. I used the emergency walk in and the staff was so friendly. The dentist told me what I needed to do and made sure I was okay with it all. Both the dentist and her assistant talked respectfully to me and that made me feel comfortable since I have bad anxiety with dentist's.

Open Door is absolutely the best Dental Office in Delaware County. Dr. Thomas and her assistant, Ashley care about the work they do, and they are unmatched. If you are unhappy with your current Dentist Office, I promise you will be ecstatic about the professionalism, and the quality denistry you will receive at Open Door! The staff members are very friendly, and work to make certain you are treated very well. You will be very pleased to give them your business. Customer Service is off the charts with everyone you encounter. On a scale of 1-10, I can easily rate them a 10+. You will too if you give them a chance, and you will be thrilled you give them your business! I promise!!!

Shannon was so sweet and understanding to my special needs daughter. She explained everything she was doing as the filling process went along and made my daughter feel comfortable the entire time. Definitely a keeper.

Went in to have a filling adjusted and a bite problem addressed. Hyper fixated on getting all my teeth x-rayed. Told me to go back to the dentist that messed up my filling to get it fixed (doing the same thing expecting a different outcome is insane btw), told me that their wasn't anything they could do for the bite. Then they scheduled me to come in and have my teeth cleaned saying that might fix the filling. Then to add insult to injury they were going to have Ivy tech kids clean my teeth. I didn't know this place was the dental equivalent to PJ's beauty college or I wouldn't have even came here to begin with. So don't expect them to fix other people's mistakes nor should you expect to be serviced by an experienced team. First thing they asked was my insurance and it was like my entire treatment plan was based on that instead of my ailments. Not very medical at all and one would expect more whith the name on the building being Open Door.

Had my nose and eyes squished from them trying to force a brace in my mouth. But besides that they treated me well and helped me with issues I had with my teeth and respected my choice to have a temporary filling put in instead of having the tooth fully removed just yet. And unlike half the clinics that lied online about accepting Medicaid, they actually do. So if you are desperate for a dentist and have medicaid around new castle or muncie this is the best place I'd recommend
