They will cancel your appointment that you have been waiting for about 4 months, then make you reschedule it 6 months out and then tell you that you have to be there with a notification 3 days before. They have no accountability for the bad treatment of their customers, because if you don't show they will just count it as a strike against you and use it as a reason to not see you anymore.

I came here for a major extraction. Before the procedure, they asked If I wanted them to call in pain management into my pharmacy. I said I did and gave them the name of my pharmacy. The procedure was at 8am, my pharmacy did not open until 10am. My pharmacy reported no script was called in after my extraction. I start playing phone tag between my dentist who swore she called in the medicine herself and the pharmacy who claimed they didn't receive anything. Long story short I finally get angry and make a fool of myself choosing to side with my dentist. Big mistake, hours later and only after talking to a different employee at my dentist did they admit they never called in medicine and was not planning to now that I had lost my temper. They lied to me, and left me in pain. I will never go back there again. If zero stars was a thing, they would have earned it this day.

Best dentist I have ever had, I am so sad that I moved and can no longer see Dr. Teresa. She and her staff were very kind and personable, and I was always very satisfied with the quality of regular cleanings and other dental work.

I've been a patient since it was owned by Dr. Slaven. The staff is wonderful. They know me by name, and are always helpful and nice. Teresa Watkins is a fantastic dentist as well. 5/5 stars

The ladies in the office are always helpful and wonderful to work with. All of the dental staff are very caring and gentle. I've never been more happy with my choice to switch to this office.

When I had my cleaning in July 2022 she had me to schedule an appointment to remove my last wisdom tooth, when arrive she decided not to do it now I have to wait and suff until Oct to see an oral surgeon. She has lost me as a patient

Total A+++++. Dentist was great , and staff is always so nice, and dentist assistant has a bright future. Go here if you want to be treated like you are not just a person on the schedule.
