I had a great experience at Zen Dental Studio! The clinic is clean, modern, and very well organized, and the whole team made the visit feel smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Special shoutout to Sang, who was incredibly patient and detail-oriented throughout my appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly, checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, and made what could have been a stressful visit feel easy and reassuring. You can really tell she cares about doing things thoroughly and making patients feel at ease. Highly recommend Zen Dental Studio if you’re looking for a thoughtful and professional dental team! 😊🦷✨

Really great dental office, newest equipment, nice and relaxing (yes, really) and I had the gentlest cleaning today with Sang. They even let me park my bike inside since I didn't have a lock.

The dental hygiene service is great, and they use advanced technology like 3D scanning, which I really appreciated. However, the main concern is with Dr. An. During the procedures, he was overly rough and repeatedly tried to upsell me on treatments and services unrelated to the dental hygiene procedure or the previously mentioned 3D scan. Other dentists— including some in my own family—don’t believe these additional treatments are necessary. I understand that some practitioners may feel pressure to meet KPIs or pay off student loans, and while I can empathize with that to a degree, I strongly believe that patients shouldn’t be pressured into unnecessary procedures. My friend, who also visited this clinic, had a similar experience with Dr. An. I’ve noticed other reviews here echo the same concerns, with one reviewer even stating that he was rude and told her she had numerous cavities that needed filling.

Avoid Zen Dental Studio — They Don't Care About Your Privacy I was a patient at Zen Dental Studio for over a year, and I'm furious about how they handled a serious security issue. I received a phishing email sent from the dentist's own account, pressuring me to sign into my Google account to "view" it — a classic scam designed to steal my credentials. Alarmed, I called the front desk to confirm whether it was legitimate. They casually admitted it was spam and that they were "aware of it." That was it. No apology. No warning to patients. No email alerting customers that their personal data may have been compromised. And worst of all, not a shred of sympathy or concern from the front desk — just a flat, dismissive "we know." Think about that: their account was clearly compromised, my contact information was being used to phish me, and they couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge that their patients' privacy was at risk. If they're this careless about a known breach, what else are they ignoring? Your personal information is not safe here. Unless you want your data floating around the internet for scammers to exploit, do NOT trust this place with it. Avoid Zen Dental Studio.

I went last year and it was a lovely experience, but recently got 2 fillings in old ones and the doctor messed up the numbing and half my face was damaged. I wasn’t listened to when I voiced my concerns regarding my pain. I use to love this dentist but since Dr Lee left I’ve not had good experiences.

My experience at Zen Dental has always been pleasant. Everyone from the front desk, dental hygienist and dentist is friendly and communicative. I really appreciate their reassurance and direction. You can tell they put thought into providing a 'zen' experience for their patients. I love the coffee table books and the interior. You do have to wait a bit for the doctor, but once they're there, they are present, focused and they care. Overall a great experience.

I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The team was friendly, professional, and explained every step clearly. My treatment was quick, painless, and handled with great care. Highly recommended!
