If I could give Dr. Lee more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! He is truly an amazing orthodontist. He took over my case after another orthodontist had my teeth in the wrong position, and ever since then he has been incredibly patient, caring, and detail-oriented. Dr. Lee is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also one of the kindest doctors I’ve ever met. Over the past 5 years, he has remembered every detail I’ve shared with him and has always made me feel comfortable and cared for during every visit. I started treatment with Dr Lee to correct a relapse from when I had braces about 20 years ago, and the experience has been great so far. I ended up getting aligners, and everything about the process has felt very organized and well explained. Dr Lee is very patient and kind, and he takes the time to walk through the treatment plan and answer my questions. I’ve always felt comfortable bringing up any concerns, and the team has been very responsive. Jacklyn, Dr Lee's orthodontic assistant, has also been wonderful throughout the process. She has been incredibly helpful at appointments and always welcoming and attentive. She makes visits feel easy and comfortable. Overall, the office is professional, efficient, and very friendly. I’m really glad I chose this practice and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering orthodontic treatment!

I had a great experience with Dr. Lee at Pristine Orthodontics. Before seeing him, I consulted with other orthodontists who told me I might need jaw surgery because of my facial asymmetry. Dr. Lee took a much more thoughtful approach and explained that my asymmetry was not severe enough to require surgery, and that it could be treated with a nonsurgical camouflage approach instead. That was a huge relief, and I really appreciated how clearly and honestly he explained my options. What also stood out to me was how detail-oriented he was throughout the process. I never had to point anything out myself because he would notice even small things and continue making adjustments until everything looked right. The results turned out great, and most people cannot even tell that I have any noticeable asymmetry. I’m very happy with my new smile and very grateful to Dr. Lee.
