I went to Dr. Chang for two fillings after doing a lot of research on dentists in the area, and I’m really glad I chose him. I get pretty anxious about going to the dentist, but he was very understanding and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. The procedure itself was very smooth. He also made time for me on Wednesday to come in and get my X-rays done so everything could move quickly. What I really appreciated was how careful he was about my medical history. I have a previous shoulder implant, and he reminded me more than once to make sure I had taken my antibiotics before the procedure. Overall a really good experience. Highly recommend Dr. Chang.

Best dentist I’ve been to! When I texted him saying my temporary crown felt loose (turns out it wasn’t), he came in on a Saturday just for me! And then he was like "might as well do the full crown now I already made the mold this morning before you came in." I’ve never seen a dentist go out of his way for his patients like that. I would recommend him to anyone living within 20mi radius

I have been coming here for my dental work for around 3 years. Dr. Chang and team do a thorough job each appointment. I also appreciate their willingness to take in my girlfriend as a patient who does not have insurance. They charged under $200 to inspect her gum & tooth health after she had been experiencing some tooth aches. Luckily it was nothing serious but the Castro Commons General Dentistry team were more than willing to quickly take her in and help, which I greatly appreciate. I couldn’t recommend more.

I've been coming here since Dr. Chen was still running it about 6 yrs ago. She's' the best dentist I've ever had - super sweet and at the same time very honest. She sold the practice pretty recently and the service has remained the same. Dr. Chang is also a very sweet man and I plan to keep coming here for as long as I live in the area. Thank you for always taking such great care of my teeth. The dental hygienists I see every time are always lovely and do a great job. Would highly recommend.

I have been a customer for 10 years (1st with Dr Cheng and now 3 years with her successor, Dr Chang) and their service and sympathy for their patients has always been great. I was there TODAY to get ready for implant impression and was amazed at how gentle Dr Chang was. He bent over backwards to take care of me when my tooth cracked unexpectedly and stayed past 6:30 in my hour of need. He did this sort of thing TWICE (sorry!) His dedication is UNPARALLED, I UNCONDITIONALLY recommend Dr Chang and his staff!

I was referred to this Dentistry by a friend and had an amazing experience during my appointment. Dr. Chen and her assistant Ivy made me very comfortable and took care of me well. I had general x-rays taken as well as a panoramic x-ray. I told Dr. Chen that I needed a good cleaning because I was attending a wedding and that I needed to have some stains removed. She took care of my teeth so carefully that it was the best experience I ever had with a dentist. She can also hold a good conversation and made some funny jokes. I can’t wait to see her again six months from now.
