Apple Dental Practice

Mi experiencia en Apple Dental a sido muy buena. Traje a mis dos hijos por problemas de caries y me a gustado mucho la manera en que me an a tendido pues uno de mis hijos había tenido muy mala experiencia anteriormente con otros dentistas. Y aquí todos son muy amables y profesionales. La dentista Dr. Safa Khaleel que lo está atendiendo es muy paciente me fascina cómo es también me gusta mucho como es Jesus es bien humilde y humano hoy traje a Valentina y no le había dado desayuno y el se preocupó y le trajo un snack porque no iba a poder comer en tres horas en realidad desde la manager hasta las que están en frente todos los que trabajan aquí son bien agradables desde que llegas te reciben siempre con una sonrisa. Además son muy higiénicos todo está bien limpio. Y otra cosa que me gusto mucho que lo más importante para ellos es el bien estar del paciente no como otros dentistas que lo único que quieren es cobrar a las aseguradoras.

I have been receiving treatment from Apple Dental in the past few years. I really like Apple Dental! Everyone here is super nice and my dentists are professional and helpful. So far, I have 6 crowns and 6 tooth extraction done at Apple dental. Everything went well!

Awful practice. Very disappointing experience. They up charge and up sell EVERYTHING. When asked questions or reasoning for things on statement they could not answer. RUN. Even the oral surgeon at this location was mediocre. Pure money grab. I got an opinion down the street for half of the price. I showed them my quote and they said there was a bunch of stuff I didn’t even need. This company is committing fraud. I recommend getting ALL paperwork (chart note, X-rays, quotes etc.)

I love this office and the people who work there. Very helpful and patient. Dentistry in general makes me very anxious and they did so well to make me comfortable physically and mentally. Provided a blanket for warmth, explained every step of the process for me, answered all my questions. Im going to switch my primary dentist to them. Also on top of their scheduling so your not sitting for two hours waiting on your appointment so there are very prompt as well. They made so comfortable I feel visits will be regular for me as I feel safe with them. Thank you Apple Dental !

I’ll start with the good before I get into why we won’t be returning to this office. My husband’s crown fell out on Saturday (02/14), and unfortunately Monday was Presidents Day, so he was in pain all weekend. Apple Dental was the only office open that Monday and they were able to get us in on Tuesday, which we appreciated. They took X-rays and the dentist said she thinks his molar needed to be extracted. I’m not a dentist, but even from the X-rays it didn’t look cracked at all. The dentist’s uncertainty, combined with the push to extract the tooth, honestly made me feel even more like this was a tactic to upsell rather than provide proper care. They didn’t do anything to actually help his pain, and he left still uncomfortable. It also felt like the focus was more on getting a good review and upselling rather than patient care. I’m really glad I trusted my gut and got a second opinion. Turns out, he only needed a root canal—not an extraction. All in all, everyone was nice during our visit, but ultimately this just wasn’t the right fit for us.

I want to start by saying the doctors and dental staff are extremely kind and professional. Unfortunately, the back office is a completely different experience. There is a serious lack of communication, and the office manager is rude and unhelpful. I was charged excessive amounts for procedures that did not seem necessary, and when I called with questions, my calls were never returned. While the clinical staff is excellent, the back office operations are very disappointing.
