After seeing Dr. Padgett several times and having a crown replaced recently I’m certain Dr. Jeffrey Barnes left me in good hands when he retired several months ago. Her assistant was very efficient. Thanks to the whole office for keeping me informed. I had no issues.

Impressive operation…. friendly, competent, and respectful of patient’s time. Dr. Roger Smith is highly experienced and very much a perfectionist. Expert at creating crowns. Confidently recommend.

First visit went very smooth. All the staff were very kind and helpful. Dr. Kumar was very nice and listened to and answered my questions thoroughly.

Dr. Kumar is great and my hygienist was amazing. However, the brown-haired receptionist is very rude and condescending. She did not even speak before rambling off about billing and the hostility in her voice was very unnecessary. The lack of communication that they have at times is ridiculous or being snippy about something I was not aware of is very uncalled for. I've been coming here for years and I've never had an encounter like this before.

My cleaning was very well done. I think Dr. Kumar was very well trained in everything that she does. I believe that the team is very well trained and that they should keep up the good work.

First , off I would like to say that Dr. Kumar is a lovely dentist. I feel she’s knowledgeable and cares about her patients and fully invested with the care of their oral health. Now, the receptionist and their billing practices is another story. I was told after receiving my first cleaning of the year that I incurred a balance due to an oral exam. I received no exam and no X-rays. Another receptionist asked did I see the doctor? If so, that was the exam. Now if I’m correct don’t everyone see the doctor after the hygienist clean your teeth? I was also charged for fluoride which if I’m not mistaken is usually what comes with a cleaning. So all in all the Dr. Kumar is excellent but watch the receptionist and how they billing you. I will be taking this up with my insurance company.

The entire staff were both friendly and professional. Done a great job. All in all a good experience. Would recommend them to anyone.
