I have been extremely satisfied with the treatment I received from Dr Lim and now doctor um. Their patience, diligence, and professionalism has resulted in a drastic restoration to my dental issues. I am always greeted warmly by their staff and find them to be always friendly and sociable.

One of my best experiences at the dentist. I went in today at 9am for a full exam and some issues with my wisdom teeth. Normally when I come to the dentist I always expect to be there for more than 2 hours if I’m getting any work done. After evaluating my x rays, the dentist was thorough with what he recommended and at answering any questions I had. I had my wisdom teeth extracted and two filings done and was out within the hour. He is very fast and he makes sure you are comfortable. The front desk and dental assistant were very kind as well. 10/10 recommend. Thank you!

Amazing work truly one of the best! I had a great experience with Dr. Young. He knew what would be the best option. I had three gaps in my teeth and he provided option one of them was for him to close them with his dentist artistry. Work looks immaculate I am beyond happy with his work.

My sister recommended me this dentist place , It was so easy to make an appointment and the front desk lady was so helpful and friendly , the dental assistant I forgot her name but she was really nice as well and Dr Lee , honestly as a first timer here I have really great professional impressions of him , Probably the first dentist that is not rude and actually seems to love what he does and give best advice about the gums and teeth’s and procedures. I found my new dental place highly recommended!:)

Dr. Um has been so thorough and communicative. And the entire office is a pleasure to work with. They have a great team with a great approach!

My second time going to this dentist, I had a root canal done, the doctor did a great job the staff was very nice,the place was clean,I would recommend if you are looking for a dentist.

DR. YOUNG S. LIM’S RESPONSE IS A LIE AS FOLLOWS (Updated 1/9/2026) 1. Dr. Young S. Lim stated, "Our office has a standard policy to verify patient identity at the time of the first visit. This is done to protect our patients from insurance fraud and identity misuse and to ensure accurate billing and clinical records". MY RESPONSE: Again, I offered to SHOW my driver’s license so that Dr. Young’s staff could confirm my identity and I have always simply SHOWED without scanning my driver’s license to other doctors with no issue. No other doctor has ever refused to treat me but Dr. Young refused treatment because I would not allow his office to scan my California ID. In addition, prior to arriving at Dr. Young’s office, his staff had already validated my Delta Dental insurance but regardless, I happily presented my insurance card so that his staff could make a copy. 2. Dr. Young S. Lim stated, "In some cases, insurance carriers—including state programs such as Denti-Cal—require documentation of patient identification, which is why our office typically scans a government-issued photo ID into the secure patient chart". MY RESPONSE: This statement from Dr. Young is a bold face LIE for two reasons: a) As stated below, I have insurance through my husband’s employer and that insurance is Delta Dental and b) Anyone can call Delta Dental to confirm that Delta Dental does NOT require the doctor to obtain a copy of the patient’s California Driver’s license in order to submit a claim or for any circumstance. It is NOT Delta Dental’s policy for the doctor to submit a copy of the patient’s California Driver’s license. Bottom line, Dr. Young’s response below is completely false and his statements are purposely intended to mislead anyone reviewing his response. ORIGINAL POSTING 1/6/2026: I arrived today for my dental appointment but Dr. Young S. Lim's office staff informed me that I MUST allow the office to scan a copy of my California ID and if not, the doctor will NOT see me. Unfortunately, I have been a victim of identity theft so I do not allow anyone to scan my ID. I informed the doctor's staff that I am happy to SHOW my California ID to prove that it is me but it is not required that the doctor's office scan a copy of my ID. I also stated that I have worked for many of the largest health insurance companies and it is not required for a doctors office to scan my ID. Dr. Young S. Lim staff stated that it is office policy to scan a patient's California ID. I then asked, is the doctor refusing to see me? The office staff stated if we cannot scan your California ID then the doctor cannot see you. It is important to note that I have dental health insurance through my husband's employer which is a multi-billion dollar corporation and one of the most recognized companies in the world. I have never had an issue with showing my ID without scanning a copy and providing a copy of my insurance card. Secondly, at no such time did the office tell me in advance that I must have them scan my California ID. It is unreasonable to deny treating a patient that is in pain and it speaks volumes that a doctor would engage in such inappropriate conduct but regardless, I will be reporting this incident to the appropriate regulatory agencies.
