They are the only dentist i will go to. The dentist is so gentle and patient with my daughter and even when I went, they made me feel so comfortable. 10/10 always ♥️ they are just the best .

My family and I have been long time patients at Pacific Smile Dental and we continue to love their services! The staff is nice and welcoming everytime! The office is clean and organized! And the dentists are professional and thorough with each patient. As someone that fears visits to the dentist, the environment here makes me feel at ease. A wonderful dentist!

The dental assistants are courteous, but everyone else just tries to upsell you since you walk in. While I was waiting, I heard literally every patient being told they needed a "deep cleaning" they upsell everyone with this. They try to up sell procedures not really needed and try to scare unsuspecting patients into agreeing. I told them I did not want 1 of the procedures they were trying to upsell me and the office manager got extremely upset, literally grabbed the file very aggressively from the table, seemed very annoyed and walked away. A few minutes later she came back and said that if I did not get the procedure they were suggesting they could not do any other procedures and for me to go to a different dentist. I told her that they themselves said it was "suggested procedure" NOT a needed one or required so I was opting not to get it. With a very annoyed look she just repeated that if I did not get the procedure they were suggesting they could not do any other procedures and for me to go to a different dentist. I would suggest not even trying your luck with this dental office, there are many others that will not try to upsell you or get upset because you do not buy their unneeded procedures and they miss out on their commission.

I was recommended this dentist by a close relative and it was time for my checkup so I made an appointment here. When I went, the receptionist was extremely welcoming and helped me with all the paperwork and let me know ahead of time what they were going to do. They also stay true to their appointment times so you're not kept their waiting. Once I was called in the doctor took a look at my teeth and xrays, and let me know what I needed to get done. The doctors were very calm and knowledgeable and explained every procedure they recommended I get done. They truly radiated their calmness and tranquillity. I went a second time for some fillings and they took their time making sure I wasn't uncomfortable and made sure their fillings didn't bother me. They are perfectionists in their work. I still continue to go to them and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy dentist!
