11-18-2025 Had a complete oral exam, and had to have a root canal done… Remember people, you’re having oral work done in your mouth, so you’re going to be nervous / cautious… Dr. Fowler is a straight shooter, no pun intended, he walked me through the entire process, asked me if I had any questions, and or concerns, and I said, what about the pain… He assured me, "I Got You", if you feel ANY pain, just raise your left hand and we’ll adjust as needed… He numbed me up and just told me to relax, because he saw me tensing up when the needles came out, HOWEVER, there was no pain during the numbing process… I raised my hand ONCE, he adjusted, I didn’t have any concerns and he finished like the professional that he is… I had zero pain when I left his office, I actually went out to eat directly after I left his office… I picked up my medication and took it as prescribed and had zero pain since … I would return and or recommend Dr. Fowler’s office to ANY of my family members… Side Note, the staff were great and professional also…

The best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist period. The dentist Dr Fowler was extra gentle and caring. He explained everything that he was doing as he was doing it and we were done in a matter of no time! I had no pain associated with the procedure. I think I was most impressed by the level of team work and cooperation between the Dr and his assistant. The assistant had everything he needed when he needed it. Definitely not their first rodeo. I of course don’t look forward to going to the dentist but if I need to I won’t hesitate to see Dr Fowler again. My hats off to you and your team, thank you.

My experience with this dentist Dr. Diaz was amazing she made me feel so at ease. I didn’t feel no pain I recommend her so much. Just a sweet personality and her assistant Noely was amazing she even gave me a stress ball to keep me from getting to nervous. She was a sweetheart I appreciated them both so much. The Receptionist Evelyn was so helpful at the front desk she will help you with any questions. So I fully Recommend this dentist office thank you so much again Donna 9/5/24

Veterans have waited long enough to get the care promised to them. It's a huge relief to know there's amazing care for Veterans and the community. My dental was whack 😒 Having a great endodontist who takes the time to make sure the care given is necessary. For those wondering not every "dentist", does the same thing. This took me too long to understand. Hence, make sure you have a great team in place. All vets using community care in this area can add this provider to their shortlist. Have a few because when emergency care happens, it's understandable booking appointments in a chronicle order, matters. Veterans use your downtime to manage the claims and authorizations, not stomp their feet and lose teeth. Thanks to a great care team.

Review of Dr. Fowler at Moreno Valley Endodontics Coming from a family of doctors, I have a deep appreciation for compassionate, patient-centered care, which is why my experiences with Dr. Fowler at Moreno Valley Endodontics were so disappointing. I expect medical professionals to demonstrate not only expertise but also empathy and professionalism—qualities that were severely lacking in both of my encounters with him. My first experience with Dr. Fowler occurred during my consultation. I arrived 20 minutes early but waited until 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment to enter, ensuring I had ample time to complete any necessary paperwork while also being respectful of his time. However, despite my punctuality, I waited in the examination room for 15 to 20 minutes before he arrived. When he finally entered, he did so without introduction, acknowledgment of the delay, or even a basic display of warmth. Instead, he launched directly into questions with a demeanor that felt dismissive and unwelcoming. During our discussion, I asked straightforward questions about post-root canal care, expecting some guidance. Instead of taking the opportunity to educate me as a potential patient, he simply told me to follow up with a hygienist. Additionally, when I inquired about the possibility of having my procedure done at their Banning-Beaumont office, which is more convenient for me, he abruptly stated that I would need to either be seen at Moreno Valley or undergo a separate consultation and surgery at the other location—something that seemed unnecessarily rigid given that both offices operate under the same practice. At the end of the consultation, Dr. Fowler left the room without providing any closing remarks, follow-up instructions, or even a simple "thank you." A nurse then informed me that I could proceed with scheduling the procedure. I asked her if he treated all his patients this way, and while she apologized, she simply reassured me that he was a "good doctor." Later that day, I received a call from the office apologizing for my experience—not from Dr. Fowler himself, but from a staff member. While I appreciated the acknowledgment, I was still left unsettled. Despite this poor first impression, I decided to give Dr. Fowler another chance, recognizing that everyone can have an off day. The office staff even offered me the option to visit the Banning-Beaumont location, but I opted to return to Moreno Valley, hoping for a more positive experience during my actual procedure. Unfortunately, my second visit only reinforced my initial concerns. Dr. Fowler again displayed a complete lack of compassion and bedside manner, which was especially disappointing given that the office was already aware of my previous dissatisfaction. Knowing that this was my first significant dental procedure, I would have expected at least a basic level of reassurance or patient education. Instead, just as before, he completed the surgery and left the room without a word. He did not take the time to explain how the procedure went, what I should expect in terms of recovery, or even express appreciation for choosing his office. I had to specifically request that the nurse show me before-and-after images of his work. A doctor’s responsibility extends beyond technical skill; patient experience matters just as much. A simple acknowledgment of my concerns, a few moments of reassurance, or even a basic "thank you for choosing our office" would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, Dr. Fowler failed to meet even the most fundamental standards of patient care. For anyone seeking endodontic treatment, I strongly encourage considering other providers who prioritize not only their expertise but also the experience and well-being of their patients.
