Don’t bother making an appointment because you’ll wait over an hour regardless. They don’t have their own dentists, just someone borrowed from another part of the city who is always running late. No calls, no apology, no acknowledgment whatsoever. If you’re taking time off work on a weekday to be there, that means absolutely nothing to them. Complete disregard for your time and honestly for you as a patient. The bathroom trash was so overflowing that paper was spilling all over the floor. This is a medical facility. There is no excuse for that. If this is how they maintain what patients can actually see, I don’t want to think about the rest. There are better options out there. Keep looking.

Haven't had a dental exam in years before I came here and they have new doctors who are very friendly and genuinely care about my overall well-being. Could hear the doctor taking care of another new patient in the same manner as she did for me. X Rays were very fast and comfortable even though I usually get close to throwing up all the other times. Very little discomfort at all. Highly recommend and can tell they aren't here just to get my money but care and want the best for me.

Beware, teeth are often cleaned by non-dental hygienist. Also, the dentist is not thorough and will rush your appointment. Frequent appointment cancelations and a long wait is common at this place. Older equipment compared to other dental offices.

This dentist is terrible. I last came a month and a half ago to get my teeth checked out. They told me I had cavities I needed to take care of soon, I needed a cleaning, and that they would call my insurance to get everything approved which would take 3-4 weeks. I just called today (1 1/2 month later) and they said I was approved for a cleaning but didn’t ask my insurance about the approval to fix my cavities. I also came two months ago because I had pain in my jaw, which they told me was TMJ. They told me they would call my insurance to approve the medication. I called two days after, after no call, and they said the lady who calls the insurance went on vacation for a week Huh?!? If you choose to pick this dentist as your own, you will have to follow up yourself on your care and treatment. From this, I can conclude that the staff here is lazy, there is only one doctor a shift that rotates patients and doesn’t take time to be personal, the blonde receptionist that files the paperwork is hostile, and this place just overall sucks.

Horrible.  This place has rotating per diem dentists that are so over booked they cannot do a half way decent job.   You will wait for up to an hour and a half to be seen with an appointment.  That is why they have television  monitors in the dental chairs.   All they care about is selling you things you don't need.  They offer discounted services for positive Yelp reviews.  By the way, the review referring to "Dr. Chen, she is such a sweetheart" clearly has never met Dr. ISAAC Chen, because he is a man.    Buy beware!!!!!

They have saved my teeth ! Getting my wisdom tooth out was stressful but they made me feel comfortable!:) they receptionist Nataile was super nice and greeted me & and Maria helped me with working on a good payment plan ! Thank you beautiful smile dental group !

I had my teeth whitened and the technician was very gentle and theural. My teeth came out whiter than I anticipated and it was painless. I highly recommend their service to obtain a whiter and more beautiful smile.
