Incredibly kind and person-centered practice. Dr. Park allowed us to make a second appointment later in the day so our kid could be treated right away for a root canal. The team gave an "Olympic" performance and put my son at ease throughout the process—I would give them a gold medal if I had the gold. We went home feeling hopeful for humanity and ready to pay the kindness forward. Highly recommended!

One of the best dental clinic. My son had an impacted extraction. The doctor did the most professional job during the extraction. I couldn’t believe he had done it less than a minute. Good job guys I recommend it to family

I would rate these people lower than Western Dental! My kids were approved from medical for root canal and crowns. And they tried charging me $575 for each?! What??? I've NEVER heard of a place charging for kids dental work, that medical approved???? They are taking from very low income people! And when my son was doing his root canal, the Dr told me to STOP praying?!!! What kind of EVIL is running this place??? There is major gossip between the staff women in the front... Everyone needs to be fired and get all new staff! They RARELY ever answer the phone. As most of the reviews on here say the same thing. Then they claim their phone lines were down 3 days... Lies! I literally dislike having to rate anyone this low! And I feel bad! But this place is the WORST dentist place we have ever gone to! And I truly believe with all my heart, that anyone that rates them good on here, was either paid to say that or it's friends/family. I really hope and pray you go anywhere else... I don't need to post pics. If you look at all the bad reviews, most say the same things. So you can take my word for it! Please please save yourself some time and money.... Go anywhere else!

The dental specialist Dr. Conan Teng that comes to this practice once a month did a tooth extraction procedure on my mother today. He treated my mother roughly and without care or concern for her as a patient. I understand that a tooth extraction isn't the most pleasant experience however this doctors interaction with my mother was beyond the degree of care a doctor should have for a medical procedure. He had no concern for her pain and discomfort and continued to proceed with the procedure roughly claiming "he looked at the x-rays" prior to my moms appointment but failed to realize that the x-rays he viewed were no longer relevant. No one checked her mouth prior to the doctor coming in to numb her to see that there were changes from the x-rays. The doctor repeatedly asked the dental hygienist "is this the right tooth to extract?" Further proving that this specialist and this practice did not do a thorough pre exam for todays visit. As he was extracting, pieces of the tooth were flying out of her mouth and I was able to take a piece home but was refused the extractions the doctor made, claiming OSHA. This was a horrible experience for my mother. Please reconsider this practice if you can. If this is your only option advocate for yourself. You have rights as a patient. Ask a lot of questions and KEEP receipts.

Whats the point of having posted office hours if your doors are locked and no one is in during office hours? Or phones if no one answers?... UPDATE. While it did take quite sometime to get in touch with any staff here after finally getting an appointment set the staff and dentists have been very hospitable and on point. Have appreciated their work.

I have to give credit to some of the staff, office manager and the root canal specialists, I had a nice experience with them and they were professional except the front desk receptionist who wants to argue with every patient on the phone and in the office. I almost cancelled my root canal appointment because of some miscommunication but the office manager stepped in and worked with me. I ignored the rude receptionist and talked mainly with Smile Dental Services which is a corporate office that works with the office medi-cal services. If the receptionist does not answer, call the corporate company, they answer and schedule.
