Dr. Nguyen and the entire team are absolutely exceptional. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with such a warm, professional, and genuinely caring atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The office is beautiful, clean, organized, and runs so efficiently. Dr. Nguyen is hands down one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes you feel informed and comfortable. You can truly tell he cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. His attention to detail and gentle approach make every visit a positive experience. The staff is equally amazing — friendly, attentive, accommodating, and always willing to help with scheduling, questions, or anything you need. They make you feel more like family than a patient. If you’re looking for a dentist who is professional, trustworthy, compassionate, and genuinely committed to excellent care, I cannot recommend Dr. Nguyen enough. I’m so grateful to have found this office and actually look forward to my appointments now. Five stars across the board!

I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The office was clean, organized, and ran on time, which I really appreciated. The dentist was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. They were very gentle during the procedure and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Loved this aspect because I have a bad gag reflux and they made me feel very comfortable and I truly appreciate the level of care and attention I received. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a trustworthy and friendly dental team. Shoutout to Dr. Imam, Clarissa, Brittany, and Pauline for making it such a seamless process!

Scarring experience. Make sure to get a second opinion, they tried to give me a high cost treatment. Upon checking with another dentist at Lovett, turns out my teeth were healthy enough to not undergo the expensive treatment. Dr. Vincent Nguyen made me very uncomfortable as he was condescending and didn’t like when I asked questions about my treatment. He was not empathetic when I experienced pain when he checked my teeth, almost sadistic. Preventative care is very important for me so even though he asked if I had any further questions, he was dismissive. Go to this location if you want to be scarred by a dental experience. This place has lost around 5 potential clients. I recommend heading over to Lovett’s Dental office Broadway, they were warm, kind and made me happy and safe enough to visit a dentist again.

Dr. Thompson is the best dentist ever! She's detailed and very knowledgeable. The staff is kind with great personalities. It's always a pleasure to go here for my dentistry work! I highly recommend.

Dr. H and Ms. Pauline were absolutely amazing!! They took their time to properly educate me about my oral health and what the best necessary steps are needed to help me get a million dollar smile. They helped to make me feel comfortable with the work I needed to get done. And I couldn’t be happier. Huge shoutout to Dr. H and his assistant Ms. Pauline you guys are the best !!!!!

I truly enjoyed my first visit! Friendly greeting as soon as I walked in. Ms. Pauline was great! Very personable and great conversation. Dr. H was very informative and explained everything well. I was nervous about changing dental offices but this was a very pleasant experience.

From the moment I walked in, through the exam and cleaning, everyone was welcoming, kind, and made me feel genuinely comfortable.
