Preferred Dental Care

My appointment was cancelled because I didn’t respond timely to a bunch of spam like text messages. Incredibly inefficient way to keep up with clients. The soonest they can get me back in is over a month. This is unprofessional. Pulling myself and two daughters from the dentistry.

Dr. Tsang was able to fit me in for an emergency appointment and treat me on the same day thank you! Thoughtful thorough and talented dentist and staff.

Dr "David" was exceptional, in his treatment and his personal and professional presence. He was very considerate to carefully perform his work with care and attention to performing it with less pain as possible. The "dreaded" appointment turned into a surprisingly good experience. I made a good choice. I will be returning. The ambiance and atmosphere are very pleasant. Ms. Annabelle was very helpful and diligent in her performance. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. What I especially liked was they didn’t try to pressure me into any treatment that I didn’t need.

Annabelle was incredibly helpful in getting me an appt at the last minute on a Saturday when I had some pain. Then she was very friendly and helpful from when I arrived to when I checked out. Dr. Tsang was incredibly thorough and took the time explain every aspect despite being his last patient of the day. They did not try to push any unnecessary costs, its nice to find a dentist you can trust. My whole family will be switching dentists 10/10 would recommend

On time, friendly and good work. However I never usually need more than a cleaning. I have not had but one root canal many years ago with the prior dentist. The new dentist is very friendly listens well I think based on my two trips there that he is a good guy.

Very professional environment, nice and clean office. Very gentle with the porcedures, Dr. Tsang is very skillfull. Jennifer is very warm and her customer service is top notched. I like the fact that I am kept informed of what the treatment plan is. Reasonable wait time. I will be happy to refer this dental office to my friends and colleagues for their dental needs.

Affordable quality dental care. Dr. Twang explained the treatment I needed and was ready to answer any of my questions. They take their time with each patient so you don't feel rushed. The staff are super friendly and the office is very clean. Great location and plenty of parking.
