Gao Dental

I recently did crown and removed tooth by Dr. jame Gao. His skill is excellent and extremely professional. No hurt and quick to solve my tooth problem. Amazing job done. 👍

In recent years, they only use temporary dental hygienists on Saturday. I was fortunate that my previous cleanings were always handled well. However, at my most recent appointment on Saturday, the hygienist did a poor job—she focused only on plaque and tartar removal on my front teeth (where they don’t typically accumulate at all) and completely skipped tooth polishing.

I go there since 2007 and I am very satisfied with their services and treatments. Dr. Gao is the best, he is very professional and I highly recommend him for your dental treatments.

Loyalty only goes one way here. After 14 years of trust, we’re deeply disappointed. My family member had a root canal and crown on tooth #12, quoted at around $800. A week later, pain persisted—turns out the next tooth (#13) was cracked. The office then quoted another $1,180 and claimed it was our responsibility to know about it, even though they never mentioned it in recent visits. They took no accountability and simply washed their hands of it. Why see them if they can’t identify or stand by their own treatment advice?

My wife has a tooth sensitive to cold. Dr. Jason Gao put a crown to it yet failed to solve the problem. Gao insisted it takes up to 3 weeks but it was getting worse after a month. My wife went to a different dentist to find out the crown completely missed the sensitive spot! It has to be redone. My wife wasted $1200 and suffered unnecessarily for weeks.

Gao Dental is truly the best dental office I have ever visited. The quality of care is exceptional, and the cleaning I received was the most thorough and comfortable treatment I’ve ever experienced.

Enjoyed my experience with Dr. Gao and his staff. The dental office is beautiful and clean. My 4 year old and 6 year old got their check ups done here and had a great time. No tears anywhere (except a little from mom because apparently I take better care of my kids' teeth than I do mine...no cavities for them but some for me). Sad day. Oh well, I am glad to be under Dr. Gao's care for my teeth. Thank you for caring for our family!
