She took the time to explain everything in detail, which really shows how much she cares about her patients. It’s clear she takes pride in providing quality dental care. They also offer a wide range of dental services, from routine cleanings to more advanced procedures, making this a great full-service neighborhood dental office. I was having the worst toothache for a few days and called Dr. Chi’s office. She was able to get me in the same day. When I arrived, Dr. Chi took care of me like she always does. She is truly the absolute best and will most definitely take great care of your teeth. She is such a sweet lady, and her staff is just as kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I left this appointment feeling uncomfortable: The dentist wore a dirty, wrinkled white coat creating a bad first impression and distracting me during the visit. The doctor’s aggressive treatment recommendation also made me uncomfrotable. I did not feel she was willing to entertain alternative options. On the positive side, the office was diligent about following up after my appointment. However, the overall experience felt more focused on moving me toward treatment than helping me make an informed decision.

The staff is very professional, very knowledgeable, and extremely family oriented. Dr. Chi explained every aspect of my procedures in detail. If you’re looking for a high value, high-quality dental practice that always put the patient first, I highly recommend giving them a try.

Dr. Chi Mba is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. She is so kind, compassionate, and incredibly gentle. I’ve always had a fear of the dentist, but she made me feel comfortable and calm the entire time. She really listened to all of my concerns and took the time to create a care plan that worked for me personally. She never made me feel judged or pressured when I couldn’t do everything at once, and instead helped prioritize what was most important. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and wants them to feel safe and respected. I finally feel like I have a dentist I can trust. I would 10/10 recommend Dr. Chi Mba to anyone, especially if you have dental anxiety.

I feel so welcomed, comfortable, and well cared for. The staff is friendly and Dr. Chi answers all my questions. This is by far the BEST dental experience I’ve ever had. I will be a customer for life. Always an excellent experience.

Dr. Chi saved the day! She and her staff are always welcoming, caring and accommodating. The office is very nice, clean and comfortable. They use up to date equipment and technology. I also love that she does same day permanent crowns.
