Winterholler Dentistry & Implant Surgery - Missoula

I have been with the Missoula office for 12 years. We always received the best service from the prior Dr. and staff… however, ever since a new Dr. took over, things have drastically changed. The Dr. is amazing but, some of their front office staff is very rude, condescending and unprofessional. Nothing but problems… records being lost or not found, constantly cancelling our appointments, conversations with medical staff not being documented. My daughter had oral surgery and we were told that they could not perform the procedure on her cavity due to a shortage of staff and to call back to reschedule. When I called, I was advised that they had no record of it, acted as if I was lying and was told that it would have to be reevaluated again. After the 5th phone call I explained my frustration and instead of having empathy and understanding… I was told that my records would be pulled and that we were no longer allowed to schedule with them. I told them "that’s fine I will be pulling my entire family." The lack of customer service skills and professionalism from certain staff members is yet to be desired. Do better.

I love this office. I had horrible experiences with dentists' office in the past. First off, their waiting room is warm and inviting. I absolutely adore their receptionist. She has a ton of knowledge and is always willing, to help, however, she can. The dentist is thorough, gentle and explains needs in a calm manner, with no judgment, she is kind, explains your care plans thoroughly. I have never met a hygienist there that I didn't. I absolutely adore, they are kind, gentle, they talk you through everything and they keep such a relaxed but professional atmosphere, with some laughs here and there. My whole family goes here. They have done wonders with my adult neurodivergent daughter. With good dental care in the area hard to find. I would call right away.

Dr.Emily is amazing! She is so gentle and positive. The dental hygienist and assistants are so knowledgeable and the front office staff is so helpful and Caring!! I will recommend this office to all my family and friends!! Thanks for making such dental a positive experience for me again!!

I had an amazing experience at Winterholler Dentistry. The staff were exceptionally friendly and kind, I was greeted by the front desk and Dr. Emily as I entered. They took the time to explain every step of the process before beginning, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit.

Dr. Abrahamson and his staff provided me with care and compassion with my root canal procedure. I was impressed with their soft touch and commitment to excellence. I highly recommend them and I really like price. Thank You!

Dr Holt is no longer there! This is the best dentistry in town! I also had a fabulous cleaning from Carrie!
