University of Minnesota Physicians Pediatric Dental Clinic

I just took my 40 month old daughter to this place, for a six month checkup after she chipped one of her baby teeth 8 months ago. They were excellent then. They proved to be excellent this time. With showing children their tools and explaining it and getting any 3 1/2 year old to sit for such things. I was thoroughly impressed. I saw a wide mix of families and cultures which means they are culturally sensitive, not that is surprising. This is the U of M we are talking about. Pediatric dentistry at its very finest. We will return.

My daughter who is now 7 has been going here since she was 4, they have been nothing but great and kind with my daughter who suffers a lot of anxiety at the dentist. I love every physician we see, every dental assistant, thank you for treating my daughter all these years and caring for her.

This is my fourth visit and I am very happy with the care that my son and daughter receive. Professional team, clean and well organized facility. I wish they provide a free parking for the patients..

Love this place. Welcoming and supportive. Incredibly well run. We have received consistent caring and excellent treatment, always clear communication, and up front about any charges--completely transparent, so you know what to expect. Residents, assistants, and the amazing administrator Tatianna all show how committed they are to doing the best possible job. Have really loved Dentist Dr Ochsana. Highly recommend.

Had a sedation appointment scheduled for my child had a car situation and my battery terminal had to be replaced and they wont reschedule my child's appointment when I called and canceled stating that's policy. No one will get back to me and being ignored. Absolutely ridiculous having my child suffer in pain when it can be rescheduled

Very unprofessional, not a good dentist if you’re looking for a children’s dentist. THEY SELECT WHO THEY WANT TO HAVE CARE IN THEIR CLINIC. THEY CALL THIS A REVIEW PERIOD AND THEY DETERMINE OF THE CHILD IS A GOOD FIT. For cleaning? For routine cleaning what does a child have to look like to be a good fit? Or should I say their teeth? What does their teeth have to look like? The lady hung up on me because I requested a manager I called back because it was around closing and they had me on hold because she didn’t want to answer the phone. WILL DEFF BE FOLLOWING CHAIN OF COMMANDS TO REPORT THIS! Thank you ! For treating me the way you did. remember all calls are monitored 😇
