Park Dental LaSalle Plaza

I just had a terrible experience with a dental hygenist at Park Dental La Salle Plaza. I have my teeth cleaned every six months because I have heavy plaque build up. She acted shocked at the build up and aggressively held the water pik close to my gums. It got so painful I told her to stop. I have had deep cleaning and it wasn't close to this pain. She said she is a professional and recommends I have another deep cleaning. Really? She said I better not wait too long for a cleaning...or what! My teeth will fall out? I think this has happened before at this place with this hygenist, but the receptionist said this hygenist has been there a long time. Because of this, I am not going back to a place that keeps such a smug know it all on staff. Now, to take a pain med and rinse my mouth with salt water.

Just moved up from Florida and I was 20 minutes late to my appointment because I had no idea how to use the skyway, I gave them a call and everybody I came across was so nice!! They still saw me for my appointment and even completed the procedure! The atmosphere was great. I am petrified of the dentist but the procedure was so fast and basically painless. I’m excited to continue my dental journey here !

If you are sensitive to perfumes do not go here. I've been here 10 minutes and have a headache. It's like someone spilled a bottle of perfume for every square foot of carpet. The people are great, this is just a warning for folks who can't tolerate strong perfumes.

My hygienist, Julie, was so kind and personable and thorough. Dr. Battula was also very nice and gave me clear advice. Very pretty and clean space, too. I’ve had bad dental experiences when looking for new providers, but I definitely recommend here for quality care and empathetic staff who aren’t just trying to sell you unnecessary services.

Grateful to absolutely all the staff, including the hygienists, care coordinator and billing department. They figured out a tricky situation for me, and were diligent about making sure I would receive the care I needed. Dr Reister is the most talented dentist I've ever had the great fortune to receive care from. She performed some difficult extractions for me in an unbelievably short amount of time. I've had extractions done by quite a few dentists, and she was hands down the best - precise, incredibly quick and skillful, and extremely kind and gentle. With something as intimidating as dental extractions, it's such a gift when a provider makes such a difficult experience so incredibly easy. Sadly , I'm moving to Houston and won't be able to continue being her patient! Maybe I can coordinate some dental work for when I'm in town (she's that good!!!) Thanks so much 🙏❤️

I’ve been going to park dental for a few years now. Dr Reister has been a good fit for my basic care needs. That said, this place rarely runs on time anymore. I don’t know what’s occurred but my last few appts have run anywhere from 15 to 40 min late to start. It’s incredibly frustrating given that these are during the work day. Respecting others time is also important, regardless.

I have been shocked after being charged for the parking spot which was offered as a free service by the clinic. It is a misrepresentation to your customers when you offer it for free, but it isn't. I called today to the secretary after my appointment, and asked if there is anything to do about the charge. She said "no". Who can help me with that then?
