Dr. Lorentzen and his team are really amazing. They do great work and they really care and they do great follow up also. I highly recommend them.

Lorentzen Dental is the best! 👍 Before I started going to Dr. Lorentzen I had some dental work done in the past by other dentists (bridge and crowns) so you could say I have had mixed feelings about visiting the dentist. But ever since I started going to Dr. Lorentzen last year it’s always been a wonderful experience. The hygenist is always very nice and asks throughout check-ups if I’m comfortable - which I have been! Dr. Lorentzen keeps an eye on my old dental work and everything has been fine so far. Just had my 3rd checkup and cleaning and everything is A-OK 👌😎 I live just outside Minneapolis and wish I would have found this office sooner!

Did not make it clear Dr Lorentzen was out of network nor that they wanted cash before leaving even though I have insurance. . Upsold 5year Xray after I had one 9 mos previously and told me I needed Debridement cleaning when I had zero problems 9 months previously with the dentist I used before I moved as I go every 6 months and have no dental issues whatsoever. Healthy teeth and gums. Then recommended I come back 30 days later to clean them again. Never polished or flossed my teeth as she said she would do it at the next cleaning. Why another cleaning in 30days if she just debrided my teeth? Her cleaning was a normal cleaning. Just billed more. Paid over $700 and although they told me insurance would cover, it only paid about $340. Do your homework before you go here. Check if in network and know if you need all the upsells you are up against.

Lorentzen DDS is simply the best! They are professional, precise, and personable. I've been going here for over ten years and they have been awesome from cleanings and checkups to my dreaded first crown ...and they send their patients home with cookies 🍪😀

I would highly recommend Lorentzen Dental! Dr. Lorentzen is friendly, patient and answers all my questions. The staff is kind and accommodating. The office is clean and easy to get to.

i've always gotten compliments on my smile, so when i chipped my canine tooth after a bike spill, i was super bummed about it. luckily, Dr L fixed it up good as new and no one has ever been able to tell it's not my real tooth half. all the insurance paperwork was handled by the lovely staff smoothly/quickly; if i hadn't moved away, i would definitely be a regular!
