If I hadn't gotten reffered to by one of my classmates I never would have known about this dentist office. The experience I had was exceptional from making the appointment over the phone with dajiah (front desk receptionist) to Adrianna (front desk receptionist) making my root canal appointment. The staff treated me well and I felt so welcomed. Doctor Herzig was phenomenal and thorough. I would highly recommend this dental office.

I had a great experience here, especially considering how nervous I get about dental visits. I came in with a severe toothache and was able to be seen the same day. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure I was taken care of right away. Dr. Herzig was professional, efficient, and took the time to make me feel calm and safe throughout the entire process. Even during the extraction, she was reassuring and gentle. I’m very grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this office, especially if you deal with dental anxiety.

Had my first visit at Loop Dental today and was feeling very anxious. Stella was incredibly patient and easy to talk to, all while thoroughly explaining what to expect. She made me feel very comfortable and calmed my nerves. I’ll be back for another visit next month and feel confident I’ll be far less nervous. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly as well. Overall, it was a painless (thankfully!) and wonderful experience.

I had a great experience with my dentist, Dr. Sarah Jones-Withuhn. She made me feel completely comfortable during my filling, which meant a lot since I’ve had a bad experience in the past and deal with dental anxiety. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming—from the hygienist to the front desk staff. They were even able to fit me in last minute, which I really appreciated. I’m so happy to have found a dentist I trust and feel comfortable with. Highly recommend!

Hands down best dental office I’ve ever gone to. Been a patient there for a few years now and I don’t see myself leaving. All the dental hygienist are laid back, knowledgeable, listen to concerns, and work with care. All the dentists are easy to talk to as well. Even though I only go in twice a year they know who I am and feel very welcoming. There is no stigma to be afraid of your biannual cleaning at this office!

The whole experience from the moment we walked in to when we walked out was wonderful! My 10 year old Son has dental anxiety and has never been able to get any dental work, including cleaning, without general anesthesia. The entire team there made it so comfortable for him that he was able to do everything without any anesthesia!! They are so thorough & genuinely take their time explaining everything and answering any questions you may have. We have definitely found our dentist office! Highly recommend going here or to their new office in Roseville!

The team made my experience as lovely as the dentist can possibly be!! I felt informed, reassured and comfortable the whole time. It was awesome that they had a TV on the ceiling so I could watch something and distract myself. They also gave me a stress ball to play with during treatment, which made me feel very seen, as I wrote that stress balls make me feel calm in my pre-paperwork. 10/10 recommend Loop Dental!
