I’ve been a patient at Le Centre Dentistry for many years, and one thing that has remained consistent despite changes in staff is the excellent level of care and professionalism. Transitions can sometimes affect the patient experience, but the team has continued to provide friendly, attentive, and high-quality service. The office is always clean and welcoming, appointments run efficiently, and the dental professionals take the time to answer questions and ensure I feel comfortable throughout my visits. It’s clear that patient care remains a top priority. After years of being a patient, I can confidently recommend Le Centre Dentistry to anyone looking for a dental practice that values its patients and maintains high standards of care. I have been going to Le Centre Dentistry for a couple years and am happy. My old dentist was very impersonal and would often charge me unexpected extra fees and made me feel confused. Le Centre has been way easier to deal with. All costs to me are clearly communicated. They send me appointment reminders via text and email. The Dr and all the staff are easy to talk to, happy to answer any questions, and transparent about what they are doing and why it is needed or recommended. All my visits have been pleasant and left me feeling taken care of. Also, they have the best window views.

Great experience for my last dental visit. Liz my hygienist was awesome and let me know the condition of my mouth and tips to improve my oral health! Dr Le was very efficient and let me know of a few areas to watch. The front desk team was awesome, Ashley let me know of insurance benefits I did not know I had. Highly recommend!

super great doctor and staff <3 went in for some moderate issues. the dds (dr le i believe) went over everything and explained what needed to be done and how we needed to proceed in terms i could easily understand. the front staff is amazing, super kind and an absolute dream to work with. even the dental assistant (Amanda, I think) that helped me and took my xrays was incredibly kind and patient with me. could not recommend more!

I decided to go to Le Centre Dentistry because I was experiencing tooth sensitivity and saw the high ratings... Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing, especially in terms of transparency and communication. Dr. Le told me I had three cavities that needed fillings. As someone who had never done a filling before, I was quite skeptical but since I was anxious to get my sensitive tooth treated, I didn’t seek a second opinion and proceeded with the three fillings here in March. Halfway through the procedure, Dr. Le told me that one of my teeth had a crack and that I might need a crown. At that point, I started feeling like this might be an upselling tactic, so I went to get a second opinion. After doing an occlusion examination, they concluded that I do not need a crown. On top of that, I was originally supposed to be billed for three fillings, and the office never informed me at checkout that they were changing the insurance claim. I only found out after receiving a notice from my insurance company that they had submitted a different claim instead. Because my insurance does not cover it, I was charged the full amount out of pocket.

Dr. Le is awesome and all the staff here are great! I have a lot of anxiety and have always found everyone to be so comforting and understanding. They make me comfortable to be there and I love they have music/tvs to distract you, stress balls, etc. It's so helpful! I even have had insurance issues and they went above and beyond to make sure I was able to be seen. Highly recommend a visit to this clinic and Dr. Le!

My regular hygienist Ann has retired and was linked with Kourtney. I was pleasantly surprised with her! I really don't like change but she was wonderful. She was quick but also took her time with my teeth cleaning. I'm definitely in good hands.
