ADT Dental

I love my ADT Family!! Unfortunately ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS GOT LET GO WITH NO WARNING from Apple Tree Dental!! I feel for all of them and in hopes they all get justice from how they were treated by Apple Tree.. I pray each and everyone is doing okay and stay strong in times like this.

This office has apparently closed with no advance warning. They are now calling themselves Apple Tree Dental. I will be calling that clinic to find out how to get my records sent to whatever new dentist I pick. This is very unprofessional and most surprising from this group as they were very good. I am concerned now and hope everyone I got to know in the 10+ years I went there are ok. It's as though they vanished into thin air. Don't bother leaving a message on their number, np one calls back.

I have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to dentists- ADT was awesome. Everyone I interacted with was so nice! Definitely did not feel judged- they were so kind, professional, and helpful. Looking forward to getting into a routine with this spot because I definitely wasn’t the person who goes every 6 month (or year) but they make it feel very approachable and welcoming. They do everything they can to get you on a good schedule (despite them being VERY popular and booked out).

Just had my teeth cleaned after almost eight years (I know, don’t judge) and was absolutely dreading it. But in less than an hour it was over, no pain, no bad news from the neglect, so much supportive encouragement for me to get back on track. It’s such a professional operation yet at the same time with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. They’re VERY careful about masking and hygiene. Appointments promptly kept. A friend recommended ADT and I’m super glad she did.

I have always been TERRIFIED of the dentist until coming to ADT dental! Everyone here is so nice, welcoming, understanding and warm. Cece and Becky at the front desk are great at explaining all billing and scheduling needs. The dentists and hygienists are fantastic about explaining all the procedures and steps necessary to get back to great teeth health. I can not recommend this dentist enough! Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to!

I have been coming to this location for the last 9 years and have had good experiences. However, the last time I was there (4 months ago), instead of setting up a future appointment for a cleaning after I was done like I usually do, I was instructed to call to set up an appointment. After calling today I was told that I could not set up an appointment due to a short staff of dental hygienist and that I would have to wait for them to call me for next available appointment. With that being mentioned, I don't think it is ideal for any individual to have to wait for an opening to get an appointment. A professional and well run clinic would have you being able to come in on a routine basis and have your annual cleaning and check up done. When the dental hygienist tells me that I should set up an appointment for 4 months later to get a check up and cleaning and then I go to do that and can't get an appointment set up I see a problem. I'm going to have to find a new clinic now because this location seems to have some internal issues going on which is preventing me from getting the care I need for my teeth.

Recommend ADT Dental highly!! Excellent dentists— knowledgeable, skillful, very, very experienced, friendly, and welcoming of questions about all procedures. Hygienists are very excellent also. The front office staff is friendly and efficient. Adult family members have all switched to ADT Dental and are very satisfied with their skillful services.
