Horrible and super sketchy. I made an appointment last week and was told I would get a confirmation email, never did so called the day before and they told me I did not have an appointment scheduled and made one for the follow day. That should have been the first red flag, then I went there and there was no actual parking, I parked near a hair salon and walked. The building is disgusting and truly does look like a horror movie set. I arrived at 7:50 for an 8 am appt and no one was there. At 7;55 a nurse (I think) walked in and asked me waiting if any workers were there, then she asked for a minute to wait outside while she opened, no receptionist, no doctor. When I when went in I sat down it was so smelly inside then and she asked for my insurance which I had already emailed to them and when she was asking me other questions I knew I needed to leave, then when a midland park police officer walked in I knew it was my sign to get out. Absolutely terrifying over all experience. I don’t know how this practice is open or legal.

Absolutely horrible... don't go here. My husband and I have had three total initial visits scheduled here and have yet to be seen. The first time my husband went he waited for an hour and a half and still was not seen so he left. For me, the dentist never showed up on my first appointment and they had no way of contacting him to verify if he was coming in and what time. They then proceeded to cancel the second one while I was on the way to the office because of an undisclosed "issue" that came up so they had to cancel all their patients for the day. Very unprofessional and both office locations are dirty/unkempt.

Terrible experience! My insurance company set up my appointment. Thought I was coming to have a procedure done, nope! 2 hours of waiting to have them spend not even 2 minutes to confirm I needed the procedure. Never called my previous dentist for x-rays. A week later and they never sent my insurance the claim. Got nasty with insurance agent and myself trying to get resolved so I can have procedure.

RUN....listen there’s soooo much to say about this place. I was in an extreme amount of pain so I went against my better judgment and didn’t listen to the reviews. Well guess what all of them are accurate. They proceeded to do work on me and didn’t even tell me my insurance didn’t cover it and expected me to pay 500 before I left lol. The fake sarcastic lady at the front desk has the audacity to ask if I could put something down I said 25 she said ok. I had forgot that rushing out I had left my wallet home so I said I’ll call once I get home because I was 10 minutes away to pay the 25. You know she had the nerve to say when I called back that she couldn’t take 25 she needed 50. After telling me before I left that it was ok. I told her no you said 25 and that’s what I’m paying. I’m going to research who I can contact to report this business besides the better business bureau. I will NEVER go back. I changed to another provider once I got into my car. Its unbelievable how they mislead people.they need to be investigated. I’m going to report them to the insurance company as well. DO NOT go here. The place definitely doesn’t look up to code. These are all my opinions and I’m beyond disgusted with this place. The hygienist was rude and barely knew what she was doing. The debris didn’t even explain what she was doing I had to ask.

I saw Rosenblatt for the first time yesterday because she was in my DMO and it was horrible. She was clearly trying to run up the bill with unnecessary charges including charging me $650 for whitening I didn’t want or need. She refused to refund my money or even TSK ti me when I realized she was ripping me off. Unethical and unprofessional - avoid at all costs!

Dr. Debra Rosenblatt, DDS, practices at The Smile Spa of North Jersey in Hawthorne, New Jersey. Some say she is unprofessional and rude, and that her office is dirty and unhygienic. Others say she is a nightmare and does damage to patients. I say she has extremely poor record keeping skills. No invoices, no records, no submissions to my insurance, Just $15k cash! My teeth are literally fallen out of my head!

If I could give negative stars, I would! Debra Rosenblatt bedside manner is beyond appalling. I didn’t even get a cleaning from her because after she finished poking my gums till they bled I told her I don’t want her to touch me ever again save your time and money, and never go to this office, you will regret it
