My first visit: The hygienist and staff are very personable, friendly, and talkative. This office has a tool that vibrates so fast that it heats up and has to be cooled with water. It basically power washes your teeth and is Painless. I also like that the hygienist wears cherry scented rubber gloves. The Dr was very informative, addressed my issues and didn’t rush in and out of the room like a lot of dentists do.

What an extraordinary experience I had at Middletown Smile Center today!! I had broken a tooth while on vacation. They told me to come in this morning and they would see what they could do for me. To my surprise, Dr. Roemisch was able to do my crown today!! He and his assistant, I believe her name was Dinah, did a phenomenal job!! The best work on a crown i have ever received! Numbing was the best ever and he was done in less than 2 hours!! I will be forever grateful!! If you need a dentist, please give Middletown Smile Center a try. They are the best! Everyone is so kind and friendly! Wish I had known about them much sooner!!

This as my first experience at a dentist in the U.S. in a long time since I lived out of the country for many years. I highly recommend Middletown Smile Center. All the staff were kind and very accommodating. My dental hygienists, Tracy, was super nice and took the time to explain everything in detail. She explained the x-rays as well as the different things she did with my teeth and the different instruments she used to check them and clean them. She also did a phenomenal job with my cleaning. It had been 2 years since I had a cleaning and she got them looking as if I had never drank any coffee! Dr. David came and checked my teeth at the end as well and was very kind. I highly recommend this office and staff!

Great dental office—staff is friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Dr. Roemisch is a skilled dentist who takes time to explain, answer questions, and give thoughtful advice. Highly recommend.

To honest don’t where to start but with that said… I just for some reason felt comfortable after my initial visit but new if I were to get this done it had to be now and I wanted it to be done and completed here! Looking forward to that smile I been missing for to long..

Very happy! Workers were kind and listened. Glad to find a dentist I’m happy with. My new Dentist!! Hope all goes well and I’ll be there for a long time. The lady who cared for me was great.
