Dr. Simons and her staff have taken such great care of both of my sons and me! They give excellent, precise, quality care and they really care about the patient’s orthodontic plan, comfort, and well-being. We have developed such great relationships with Dr. Simons and her staff and she makes us feel that she will help us any time with any need we have. It is easy to schedule appointments and even reschedule when needed. Our family has been so very blessed to have the love and care of Dr. Simons and her staff over the past few years and I am so thankful.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Katie O’Friel! She took the time to explain all my options for braces vs Invisalign and made sure I understood what would work best for me. She was warm, patient, and very knowledgeable. I never felt rushed or pressured. The entire consultation was smooth and reassuring. Can I please give Dr. Simons and her staff 6 stars? There should be a special category for people like this. I have already sent 3 of my friends to her and they love her as well. I recommend her with no reservations. Our family had three patients: my two teenage daughters with traditional braces and me with invisalign. We were all thrilled with our results. Her staff is caring, efficient, and professional. Dr. Simons listens to her patients and is conservative with her care plan, never upselling or pushing any agenda other than quality patient care. You instantly feel like a friend because she genuinely cares about you. Stop searching. She's your orthodontist.

Shannon Simmons and her staff are amazing. We have been through two phases of orthodontics with her office and my daughter has beautiful teeth and has never felt better about her smile. The staff is always friendly, knows about you personally and always makes you feel welcome when you're there. They are very efficient and gets you in and out for your appointments quickly. I highly recommend them for anyone needing orthodontic work.

Dr. Simons was wonderful from the beginning of the process to the very end. She went above and beyond to explain the process to us, even making phone calls and emails when we weren’t able to be there for my daughter’s appointments. She was exceptionally kind and cannot recommend her enough.

Dr. Simons is the best. I highly recommend her. She is very kind, attentive and goes above and beyond for her patients (even when she has a bad back for a weekend emergency 😊).
