I would like to thank Dr. Jeffrey Richardson and his entire team at Metairie Dental Care for such a wonderful experience every visit. Dr. Richardson is very professional, friendly and he truly makes you feel at ease throughout your visit. His staff is just as wonderful and professional as well. A special thank you to Carrie and Kelly for scheduling, Michele for the wonderful cleaning experience as one of the hygienist and Myeisha, Dr. Richardson’s technician, for making me feel comfortable during any procedures I may need. Your beautiful smiles and upbeat personalities truly put me at ease every visit. I hope I spelled everyone’s names correctly. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism shown by everyone in the office. They truly make dental visits a positive experience. I highly recommend!

Dr Richardson is the BEST! His front desk staff is phenomenal, especially Kerri. Emily and Kennedy are spectacular hygienists. I cannot recommend this office more.

Had a great visit with Dr. Richardson. I was pretty anxious about going to the dentist, but they made me comfortable right away. I hadn't been to a dentist in quite awhile and I thought it would be more difficult, but the whole process was easy and painless. His staff is incredible. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. I’m really glad I found Metairie Dental Care, I can smile confidently again!! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a dentist who is focused, professional and makes you feel at ease. Without a doubt, the best dentist and staff I've ever been to!!

I’m a patient of Dr. Russo’s that just recently relocated from Kenner to the West Napoleon location (Lotus Dentistry). I’m so glad to have found Dr. Russo & his wonderful staff. He is an awesome dentist that listens to your concerns & doesn’t try to do unnecessary work. His hygienist is a joy to be around. They treat you like family.

My dentist appointment was an amazing experience! Dr. Richardson, his Assistant and staff were very pleasant during my whole procedure and had a calm, comforting environment! Both Dr. Richardson and his Assistant knew how to relax and calm me down with soft soothing voices! I especially loved how my favorite dentist numbed my gums and nerves where I wouldn’t feel any pain while my dental extraction procedure was in progress and my procedure was completed in a timely manner. Dr. Richardson and his Assistant were both very professional, treated me with care and did an outstanding extraordinary job! I will spread the word about my new favorite Dental Clinic and my favorite dentist Dr. Richardson!

I can honestly say I am not even half way done with the work I need..
