Incredible experience every visit! The entire team at Family Dental Care is so welcoming and attentive. Everything is explained clearly and in a timely manner, keeping you informed through every step of the process. From checkups to more in-depth treatments, the entire operation runs through a very apparent structure that the staff wholeheartedly embrace to provide the best possible care and experience you’ll ever find in a dental office. Dr. Sim and the entire team genuinely care, and you feel it every time you walk through those doors. As a former manufacturer’s rep who helped dental practices all across the country embrace technology and streamline workflow, I can say these guys just do it right. A huge thank you to Dr. Sim and the entire team! I drive almost 2 hours one way because you are truly the best, and there is no other place I trust with my or my family’s health!

One of the best experiences at a dentist! My 16 year old daughter needs 4 fillings they started off with two has been easy and fast, and also great they have Saturday hours. Dr sim is so easy going and polite and the staff is always smiling and makes us feel so welcomed ! Thank you all for making my daughter feel at ease when shes not always the best with her shots for numbing !

Received great dental care, Amanda was wonderful, provided me with great care, very professional and patient, Dr Sims was also great. Don’t delay, if you need dental care and you’re looking for somewhere to go then look no further because this is the place for you.!

Very Customer friendly. Everyone in the office makes customer service look super easy,while making an often grueling procedure for yours truly a pleasant experience. Staff is super nice like they were born to smile! I love the positivity I feel when I get in the chair. Dentist is super positive and good at handling this delicate line of work. I have no complaints about Family Dental Care. If you read comments like me and you hate dental procedures this is definitely a top choice for me to recommend. They will thoroughly explain the procedure to you after they have examined the problem you are experiencing. All you have to do is accept or reject. They will let you know if your insurance will pay before they start ,but be sure to inquire first.

I have been a loyal patient since Dr. Sim began. I have recently developed concerns about over charging because My husband and I should have received a credit after insurance was paid back in 2024.I had to find the mistakes and present it to Julie, only then refunds were issued on both bills. This sparked red flags for me. I will go back in our file history and double check previous bills. . What is really going on!!!!
