First Dental

I’ve been going to First Dental for quite a few years now and its always a refreshing experience. Many people see dental work as a chore but I often look forward to my cleanings here. Jessica at the front desk is a sweetheart and always helpful/understanding whenever I call or come in for an appointment. The dental assistants are knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. The doctors are very respectful and seem to really care about their patients health/preventative care. I always leave feeling much better with cleaner teeth. My only complaint is the 48 hour cancellation policy. The office has been great with me if I run a few minutes late (which i always seem to be) but living in fast paced city environment like we do, "life" can happen very quickly. It can feel a little gimmicky for your dental office to charge you if you cannot reschedule within 48 hours but i’m sure they deal with no shows very often and nobody likes their time being wasted. I understand it but… Thats why I suggest that you ask them to set up text reminders for your appointments, they are very helpful and call as early as possible if you have any issues.

I have some pretty heavy dentistry anxiety and this office is the best, most thorough, professional and fun people I've ever had work on my teeth. They are so patient with me explaining everything I ask and over ask. What really helps me is their 'bedside manner' by never pressuring me to get things done but highlighting exactly why it needs to be and what my choices consequences are. The front desk staff Adrienne and Jess are a blast to talk to and its definitely MY dentist from now on. You probably need a check-up, give them a call.

Karen is excellent. She cleaned my teeth incredibly well. So good that I wonder if other dental offices don't clean your teeth this well in order to sell you whitening services. She removed so much coffee stain. From a cleaning! I've been seeing dentists my whole life and I promise you this cleaning was the best I've ever had. This is how you have a first-time patient become a lifetime patient. Five stars I'd give 10 stars if I could. Incredibly happy.

Today was my first appointment! They got me in the next day! There front desk staff Jessica treated extremely well! There hole team is great. If you want good work I recommend this place!

I have been going here for 8 years. Karen does a wonderful and very thorough job of cleaning my teeth. The two women who work at the front desk offer excellent customer service.

Amazing work done on my tooth. Spotted that I needed a root canal to stop severe Pam. Thanks Dr ahamd. And amazing customer service. Best dental customer service in my life. Jess is my favorite she’s so friendly and funny keep her at all costs. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Receptionist Adrienne and Jess are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I took a chance walking into office to inquire about insurance acceptance etc and within minutes Adrienne had me booked, insurance info taken etc and as a new patient Adrienne explained everything (booking procedures; cancellation policy etc). I didn't have to ask any questions she covered everything! Jess and Adrienne are both sweethearts. Chelsea is friendly, very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. Both doc's were straightforward with procedures, next steps etc so No surprises there which I appreciate, very friendly too!! This is first time in a very long time that I've received excellent dental service; customer service in a dentist office. The entire staff are down to earth. The bad reviews on Google were from years years back, don't think people look at dates so just know current staff however long been there treated me right and are good people. I recommend highly!!!
