My son had his first orthodontic visit today, and I was completely blown away from the moment we walked in. The entire staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming. Both my son and I truly received elite care we were even given a full office tour, which made the experience feel extra special and thoughtful. Dr. Wan was amazing. She took her time, was very detailed, and clearly explained the best treatment plan for my son. Mikaela, the treatment coordinator, was equally wonderful she helped me navigate and arrange a payment plan and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Overall, I am beyond excited that we found this absolute gem of an office. I highly recommend them to any parent looking for exceptional orthodontic care!

This orthodontist has been amazing. I just recently got my braces removed and am thoroughly impressed by the staff and the entire process. I came with certain concerns and they professionally brought up other concerns and didn’t force me into a decision. I chose to go with the best option and getting all teeth worked on because I had trust in them and appreciated their confidence. The amazing women that worked on my teeth were careful and caring. Both doctors there are extremely smart and efficient with their work. They were also extremely accurate with how long my treatment would be. Overall an amazing experience with Smokey Point Ortho. I will be recommending everyone I know who needs the work to come here!

I’ve consistently had great, informative appointments here. The orthodontist and the entire team are always pleasant, professional, and attentive. They take the time to explain everything clearly, which makes each visit feel comfortable and reassuring. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and the quality of their work.
