My 12-year-old son Michael recently had a cleaning appointment with hygienist Chris. She was amazing. For starters, she truly loves children and knows how to keep them entertained. At the same time, she provides a lot of useful information and advice on oral care. She did her job to absolute perfection. We also really enjoyed our interaction with Dr. Koontz. Highly recommend Northwest Smile Design! I switched from my previous dental office and have been so impressed. Everyone there is genuinely kind and friendly, which makes a big difference. Scheduling is super convenient (I love being able to text!), and their technology feels very modern and efficient. You can really tell they care about their patients and take pride in what they do. The whole team has such a welcoming, family-like vibe. Many of our family and friends come here and everyone agrees, they are the best!

Kimberly was amazing. She made me so comfortable and relaxed while in her chair. After years between appointments, I was extremely nervous and felt immense guilt. That was all taken away within minutes. The office is clean, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.
