We love this place! My youngest had really bad dental anxiety and Dr. Amelia and Kasey changed that to a positive outlook and no more dental anxiety! They were amazing and talked her through it and she loves going back to the dentist again! The whole entire staff there is organized, super nice and friendly. The rooms are very clean and new. We are so happy we found this clinic.

Took my son in with concerns of a lip tie and tongue tie. Front desk was very sweet and welcoming, Jen the dental assistant was efficient and did great with instructions and explaining the procedure along with post op, Dr.A was awesome listening to my concerns and explaining all my options. Took care of my son gently and very carefully. Overall 100/10 and would recommend.

Dr. Amelia and her team were kind and professional when we came from a lactation consult for my baby’s severe tongue tie release. They emailed a list of helpful resources and a medications beforehand, so I came prepared. In our case, my baby was a "tether-floe"; her troubles were floating on the surface and were solved quickly with the procedure. Within 24 hours she was a new baby! She was eating better, sleeping better and so much more relaxed and comfortable. I was impressed with how sweetly they talked to her through the whole appointment to put her (and me) at ease. They welcome questions, gave us ample time, privacy, and let me nurse her in the room. We took extra care to follow our post-op medication schedule and stretch holds and she is healing very well. Their office is personable and communicative. Highly recommend.

I have a 7 yo girl and 4 yo girl that’s have been seen by Dr. Chim since they got their first tooth! We have always been welcomed by happy staff up front & their dental assistants are very patient and gentle with the girls. Dr. Chim is always in a great mood happy and uplifting making the girls feel comfortable being there! She takes her time to explain things to us if we have questions, having come there routinely since my girls where babies the girls love going to the dentist and getting their prize after! She also preformed lip and tongue tie release on my youngest daughter around a month old which helped tremendously with breast feeding! Procedure was very quick and everything was explained very thoroughly how to properly take care of them at home! I have a four month old boy and can’t wait to get him into see her when he has teeth! Highly recommend Dr. Chim to anyone looking for high quality pediatric dental care!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE. I made it very clear with several people there that we would NOT be extracting a baby tooth that is stuck because we weren't ready to get braces due to financial reasons. There is no cavity or infection in the tooth. So medically not necessary to pull it as it was not harming his health in any way. I mentioned when scheduling the appointment we will not be extracting. They said they would make note of that for the appointment. I asked if I could speak to Dr. Luu so we could be on the same page and so I could explain my reasoning. They said that I could do it at his appointment. Unfortunately I had to work so his father brought him. I received a call today that his procedure price went from $69 to $235.... this isn't the first time where codes have been used incorrectly and then pricing has changed drastically. Not many working families can drop extra money on whim so this was not great. I made again clear this morning that phone call that we will not be having his tooth extracted and to send me the quote for it reflecting what will be done. It reflected what I discussed with the gal on the phone. I though all was good. Didn't think I would have to tell his dad to make sure they pull his tooth. I thought based on what i was sent via quote and what i stated to 2 employees there that i was clear and things would go accordingly. NOPE. I was wrong. They came to his dad he wasnt sure for whatever reason and instead of looking at the notes that should have been on there or his current treatment planned I agreed upon they pulled the tooth.i found out while I was at work. I told them not to move it due to the open space allowing nearby teeth to shift into the gap csuse issues for the tooth that need to be moved into that place to have a clear shot as teeth move alot. And again we are not in a place to take on braces right now as our insurance doesnt cover it. So now my son has a missing tooth that I said not to pull and made my requests very clearly including getting a updated treatment plan and now I have to hurry to get him braces so his space doesnt close up and cause more shifting needed with braces that costs way more money and time. Never mind the fact that it was not medically necessary to put my son through this procedure or pain. Please do not take your kids here. Their communication is absolutely terrible and frankly concerning.
