Warm friendly staff, knowledgeable skilled dentists, and clean, welcoming atmosphere. I have complex health issues and they have gone above and beyond to help me, to be informed to help me with safe procedures to help me keep my teeth. Im deeply grateful for Dr G and the entire team at Allen Creek Family Dentistry. They are amazing. I have gone out of my way and taken great effort to make sure to keep them as my in network dentist whem the annual Medicare Advantage Plan enrollment period comes up. They are worth the effort. And they have made me feel I am worth the effort too. If I could give 10 stars I would! I was looking for a new dentist, as I wasn’t happy with my previous one. And I found this place! I don’t usually leave reviews, but here I want to spend a moment and say, it’s an Amazing dentistry! The stuff is so knowledgeable and caring! 1. Doctor found the old ongoing infection that was happening for years, and no other dentist saw it, even though I have dentist visits twice a year; 2. Cleaning was perfectly done; 3. My insurance balance and all other future treatments were considered!!!! Which is huge relief for me, so I don’t have to call my insurance every time to check ! 4. The treatment plan is made very professionally! 5. Appointments scheduling is very convenient and easy. Definitely recommend this clinic for everyone!

I am typically nervous with dental work. The team here eases my concerns by being friendly and upbeat. They were consistently checking in with my well being during the procedure. It was fast, yet thorough. I highly recommend this office for your dental appointments.

Went last week for check up. Lower teeth in bad shape. Have a few broken teeth and pain into the gums. Dr. G looked at teeth took exrays. Need teeth pulled and dentures, but did nothing for pain or check for infection. I am in excutionary pain. Nothing helping. Any quick remedies till I can get to surgeon next week. Thank you for listening. I have gone there for many years and will continue. They are usually really caring. I just felt he was in a hurry to get me out of there.

I’ve been to this office twice and both experiences were good. My first was just a cleaning where I discovered I needed a root canal. The second was the root canal itself. As far as root canals go it was enjoyable. The dentist was friendly and even singing happily while doing the procedure. Very nice and made it a pleasant experience. Definitely happy so far. I had to switch dentist because the office I was going to stopped taking my insurance.

Been going to Allen Creek Dentistry for the past few years now. They are very down to earth, friendly and very well priced. They know how to use your insurance well!! Which I appreciate! The staff makes the visit enjoyable and they are very thorough!!! I've been recommending them to my friends!

It's a shame I even felt compelled to write a review, because the actual dentist I had here was fine, he did a great job and was personable enough. However their front desk/billing/scheduling made my procedure here far worse than it needed to be. I'd take another root canal before dealing with them again. First off, absolutely nothing was explained to me as far as "standard protocol" for my procedure. They gave the impression I needed 2 appointments for my procedure which was fine, but it seemed after each appointment another took its place. 4-5 appointments later I was finished. The billing was a whole different beast, nothing was clear as to when or how much was going to be due at any point in time. Once they had me over pay, once underpaid, and once made me pre-pay before even finishing. After all was said and done, I made SURE that we were clear, at a zero balance. Lo and behold, a month later I get a bill for ten bucks in the mail... It's not even the money at this point... its the inconvenience. Their inconvenience and lack of customer service is why I will not use them again, even though they are a mile from my home.
