Hi I have not been to the dentist since 2013. This was my first time at Gentle Dental.My doctor was sooooo gentle, she waited till I was ready to let her look in my mouth. Her touch was effortless and I was not afraid. Her assistant found a common interest to calm me down. Treatment was not delayed and I feel cared for. Thank you Gentle Dental for 100% standing up to your name.

Went in with a toothache, doc said it was slightly infected and didnt wanna pull it cz I told him I was getting implants. He said that would mess up the process. Not really sure how that would mess up the process that hasn't even begun. Anyways they left me in pain and im still searching for a dentist to pull the tooth 4 days later. Definitely wouldnt recommend.

I went to Gentle Dental, Malden office, for a check up by the Orthodontist to see if I could be a candidate for Invisalign. The Orthodontist suggested braces instead because of the work required. They did the math and I was offered a very good deal, so I walked out the same day with porcelain braces. The staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. I have recommended this office to my relatives and I recommend it to anyone needing Orthodontic work.

I’m only giving 2 stars because the orthodontist was great and very kind to my mother. The front desk staff, however, were extremely rude and completely unhelpful. My mother struggles with English, and despite the website stating that Spanish is spoken, no one even attempted to communicate with her or understand her situation. She had a scheduled appointment, yet they still refused to assist her. This level of disregard and lack of basic respect is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. The orthodontist deserves recognition, but the front desk experience was terrible.

Second time going after searching for a dentist closer to home. Diane is amazing. Not only is she welcoming, but knows her stuff. Female doctor and hygienist on first visit were also great. This is first dentist I've ever had that complimented my teeth. Day desk staff are a bit disorganized and or busy with personal calls. Don't let the outside appearance scare you, quite clean and modern on inside. I look forward to my six months cleaning. Update; This is my second visit in a year. It was good catching up with Diane. She is so full of life and joyful. Dr. Gupta was great also.

I had a minor emergency and the office scheduled me for the same day! Everyone was extremely understanding, kind, and the appointment went very smoothly. I’ve never minded going to the dentist, but this office makes everything so easy.
