Friendliest and most comfortable environment I’ve ever experienced in a doctors office. Perfect mix of professional and relatable. Free frozen yogurt after each operation! For the first time ever I actually found my self looking forward to a doctors appointment! Highly recommend!

My daughter and son have each had either braces or Invisalign trays for their beautiful smiles. The office is beautiful, clean, and comfortable and even has self-serve beverages for you while you wait (which is normally not very long at all). Dr. Bates and his staff have always been pleasant and wonderful to work with. Dr. Bates has great banter and conversation with all of his patients and their parents, it seems to me, as I witness every time we visit. He does truly care about the treatment they receive and will go above and beyond to make sure they get great references and needed procedures. He will coordinate with your dentist to make sure whatever work is needed is done properly, with excellent results. Dr. Bates and all of the ladies that work directly on your teeth are so kind, friendly, and make sure patients and parents understand what they are doing and provide clear instructions. They all ensure your comfort. The ladies at the front desk are always welcoming and accommodating. We are very pleased with Dr. Bates and his staff and would highly recommend him if you are looking for an honest, trustworthy orthodontist that does great work and is fantastic with kids and adults!

Dr. Bates has been wonderful for our family. He is genuinely kind, honest, and takes the time to explain everything without ever making you feel pressured into treatment. After getting a second opinion from him, we realized that some things recommended elsewhere really weren’t necessary, which ended up saving us thousands of dollars. He is also great with kids and always makes my children feel comfortable during their visits. It’s such a relief to find a doctor you can truly trust. I’m so thankful we found Dr. Bates and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

The orthodontist has been incredibly helpful and attentive through several adjustments, always making sure everything feels right and stays on track. The whole team is kind and professional, and I’ve felt really well taken care of throughout the process. Highly recommend!

When I first started looking for an orthodontist, I wasn’t sure what questions to ask or what I didn't know. I found Bates Family Orthodontics online and was able to get a consultation right away. They clearly explained my treatment plan, and with a promotion they had at the time, the decision was easy. Although Invisalign is a lifestyle change, the team made the process smooth and stress-free. They were always easy to contact when issues arised, appointments were flexible and never canceled, and visits were quick while still keeping me well informed. I officially finished my Invisalign treatment today and am thrilled with the results. Dr. Bates made adjustments throughout and final touch-ups at the end. I’m very pleased with their professionalism, knowledge, and care. Highly recommend!

Dr. Bates is creative with treatment options, as well as sound in his judgement and flexibility. I ask a lot of questions and he entertains my questions with a breadth of knowledge and experience. I had a complex case, and he knocked it out of the park! Big shout out to Hailey for her keen eye, professionalism and 100% efficiency and "bedside manner" rating in my book! Glad to be part of their community.
