Dental Services Via Care

No parking and the staff need to chill and be more nice . No customer service at all.

All the work shown in the attached images was done by Dr. Oscar Ruiz at Via Care, 507 S Atlantic Blvd. Over a six-month period, I had multiple appointments, and unfortunately, the experience was terrible. 1. Poor Cleaning: The cleaning was done very poorly, leaving debris and plaque behind. 2. Tooth #15: The dentist cut my gum without consent and performed a filling by placing it over a cavity, which led to more problems. 3. Tooth #11: The filling fell out just one week after the appointment, clearly indicating poor workmanship. 4. Tooth #12 & #13: The fillings were done with a mismatched color on visible teeth, not even close to the natural tooth color. 5. Tooth #31: The filling left visible cavity spots, indicating another subpar job. When I scheduled a talk with co-Director Dr. Howard Kim to address these issues, I didn't receive any apologies. Not a single employee at the clinic could admit the issue. Dr. Kim's initial response was to suggest that I go to another clinic if I wasn’t satisfied with their work. He also mentioned that their time with each patient is limited. Both Dr. Kim and Dr. Ruiz tried to convince me that nothing was wrong with the work Dr. Ruiz had done and claimed that this is "normal practice." Eventually, they offered to fix the issues, but by that point, I couldn't trust them anymore due to their careless behavior and poor dental performance. I would not recommend Via Care to anyone based on my experience.
