I am absolutely amazed by the care my dad received by Dr. Jeanny Tejeda! We had so many questions and concerns and she took her time to make sure we understood everything and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions-- and we had many! She demonstrated genuine care and and made recommendations that were in no way in the self interest of the dental office, but rather in the best interest for my dad's unique needs. I am in awe and I couldn't recommend her enough. She is young and extremely knowledgeable and caring! Truly a gem! Many thanks also to the special care and attention we received by Yesenia, she was very attentive and more than willing to help, explain, and answer questions! Thank you Yesenia and Great Job! Front staff at reception was also great! I highly recommend this place, they are truly caring which is hard to find!

I understand that this location is serving low income community and maybe they feel it's okay to treat the community with no respect. My mother had a treatment that seemed to not go well. I called several times to follow up and the reception continued to place me on hold and leave me for long periods of times. I'm sure the business is quick to do treatments to charge insurance medical or the patient. However no common courteous to have the proper manner to ask for a call back number, or inquire on the reason for my call. I am looking for another clinic/dentistry for my parents until you hire receptionist that know how to treat ppl

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Andrew's dental office and I can't recommend him enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Andrew is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring and compassionate. He took the time to explain each procedure thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. It's rare to find a healthcare professional who combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I felt truly cared for and supported. Went here for the first time today. They lock their doors because apparently the area is a little sketchy. Been looking for a dentist that could be MY dentist, but this place was not it. Front desk was kind of dry and bland. They had me lie on a horribly formatted questionnaire. Front desk didn't even seem to know their questionnaire was asking particular questions. Questionnaire had a ton of typos. Didn't even get to see the dentist because apparently I had tuberculosis when I was 3 years old. Huge waste of time! Most places now provide and online questionnaire that's sent through email to avoid these kind of scenarios. Definitely looking somewhere else. Would recommend not coming here.
