Amazing staff. It was honestly the most painless and stress-free dental visit I’ve ever had. Highly recommend for everyone.

I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but this experience was so bad. All staff was find but the Dentist was very rude. I felt that this dentist does not care about their patients at all. She did my fillings and acted annoyed that i was still in pain. When she went to numb me more, she didn’t even wait for the gel to kick in before she used the needle. And then acted irritated that the needle hurt me. She also seemed rude to her assistant. She didn’t even say anything to me once the procedure was done. No explanation or even a good bye. She didn’t even speak to me. I’ve never had a DOCTOR not say a word to their patient after they just finished a procedure. She just walked to the next patient. That was my weirdest and most uncomfortable dental experience. If i winced in pain, she would shake her head in annoyance. As a patient, there is a power dynamic when someone is going in with tools at your mouth, I felt her manor was so disrespectful, and i couldn’t stick up for myself since she was still working on me. I would prefer to give my business to someone who is kinder to their patients/paying customer. I am surprised and frankly disappointed.

Been going to this dentist since a kid the dentist has always been rude and always gets mad at little things and does not now how to communicate with her patients and she gets very frustrated and blames the patient which is very childish, and seems like the nurses are scared of her

I have been going to Dr. Cruz since she opened in Lodi 9 years ago. This is a great place, very friendly and up to date. They have changed my view on dentistry. 10 years ago I would have said I hate going to the dentist. That is not true today, I look forward to my cleanings and appreciate their knowledge.

I recently moved to Lodi from south. Visited Dr Cruz for tooth pain as her clinic is close to my residence. The bad thing, they did not take my insurance. I have to pay out of pocket for xrays. She sent me to specialist to get root canal. She seemed nice. Office is very expensive but very small. I think they have only 2 rooms. Front guy was not very friendly. I am not sure if I will be going back to them as they dont accept HMO insurance. Also I didn't like the way dentist lectured me about brushing properly. Will try to find dentist who takes my insurance.

Didn't even get pass the phone call, give it a 1 for picking up the phone. Not every medical facility is a Medicare fan...I get it, but no reason to be RUDE about it. God bless your facility may you prosper.
